BOAT STAYS ANCHORED. she's located approximately 3/4 MI from The Base Marina in a beautiful, very private and Serene cove! upon your arrival, I will run you out to the boat and go over everything with you. Our Sas-Sea at sea is an older boat, but she has all the systems/functions that you'll need to have a great stay! We will mention, that if your picky, high maintenance, or needy, that this may not be the adventure for you, but that there should likely be a Hilton or Marriott down the road for three times the price, that will have a mint on your pillow for you :-). Furthermore, this adventure has proven to be most satisfying for kids 60 and under :-) Often times you will have Manatee and dolphin come to say hi!! She has an abundantly stocked galley, with various seasonings, Olive oil, coffee, filters, etc.. the generator on the boat will supply ample power for whatever you required to cook, ac, coffee, toaster oven. It's design however, is not to run 24 hours a day. We supply you with 8 hours/ day, of run time on the generator, anything in excess of that we leave up to you to cover expenses for. That, helps us keep our costs down, translating into a much cheaper stay for you!!! The Captain's quarters, in front of the boat, offer a comfortable queen size bed for your hrs of very regenerating shut eye :-) The bathroom has a camper type porta- potty, and shower for rinsing off ( not heated), The boat has a nice stainless steel grill on the back, for you to enjoy cooking your favorites on) included with the boat, comes a double kayak, or for a little extra, let us know, and we can reserve a dinghy with motor for you! Failure to do so may result in denied access to the Kampground.brbrOffice Registration: All renters and guests must personally register with a Reservation Specialist upon arrival.brbrPhoto ID Requirement: Renters and guests must provide a valid photo ID at the time of registration, and the name on the ID must match the name on the registration form.brbrLate Submission Fee: If a guest arrives without submitting the necessary paperwork at least 24 hours in advance, the owner will incur a service fee of $25.00, which will then be charged to the guest.brbrCheck-In Information:Welcome Package: Upon registration, guests will receive a welcome package containing a gate card (requiring a reimbursable deposit), a parking pass, a map of the Kampground with directions to their designated lot, and a copy of the Kampground rules and regulations.brbrRules and Regulations: Guests are required to adhere to all rules listed in the provided campground Rules and Regulations document, with particular attention to the Quiet Hour rule, which prohibits loud music or noise after 10:00 PM.brbrCheck-In Times: Check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. After check-in, renters must contact the office directly to reserve a boat slip and trailer parking.
