We try our hardest to fix, replace, and bring back our property to its original form in between guests and reservations but sometimes it’s just not feasible and sometimes our previous guests don’t mention it to us. It’s your responsibility to let us know of any damages or issues you may have with the home or you forfeit the right to later deny any damages or make claims about the state of the home. All issues should be reported within the first 3 hours of entry. When reporting the issues please notify us with evidence of the issue. For example, broken blender: image or video showing that the blender does not function. For any claims that cannot be photographed, for example, a smell, we ask that guests (at their own expense) involve a neutral 3rd party professional to assess the home to validate their claims. Evidence of this must be supported and legitimized. brbrbrChildren’s SafetybrChildren are always welcome! After all, we have our own offspring! However, please keep your children safe. In order to minimize a messy clean up, we ask that guests use foil and/or clean up the grill after use scraping the grill clean. We don’t want to have grease as a fire hazard. This will help our cleaners get a head start for our next guest. brbrbrbrbrChecking for & Report Damages/IssuesbrPlease note that like any home, our property may have normal wear and tear. We try our hardest to fix, replace, and bring back our property to its original form in between guests and reservations but sometimes it’s just not feasible and sometimes our previous guests don’t mention it to us. It’s your responsibility to let us know of any damages or issues you may have with the home or you forfeit the right to later deny any damages or make claims about the state of the home. All issues should be reported within the first 3 hours of entry. When reporting the issues please notify us with evidence of the issue. For example, broken blender: image or video showing that the blender does not function. For any claims that cannot be photographed, for example, a smell, we ask that guests (at their own expense) involve a neutral 3rd party professional to assess the home to validate their claims. Evidence of this must be supported and legitimized. brbrbrChildren’s SafetybrChildren are always welcome! After all, we have our own offspring! However, please keep your children safe.
