Adults can watch the kids swim or kayak in the lagoon or jump off the platforms while relaxing on the balcony or the living room.brbrKawama offers a 400 foot jetty where you will take in spectacular sunsets. The townhouse is steps away from 2 heated pools, a marina, free boat ramp, tennis courts, a ton of tiki huts, charcoal BBQ's, fire pits and a kids playground. The living room seating includes a large 103 leather plush couch, two chairs and two ottomans close by for additional seating. This main floor also has a full bathroom and the kitchen. The new modern white kitchen has seating for six at the large island (plus 2 additional folding stool). It has new calacatta quartz countertops, all new stainless steel Samsung appliances, a new coffee maker with both a Carafe and single serve coffee pods. brbrThe third floor has two master bedrooms. The first master bedroom has a king bed with a balcony overlooking the lagoon and large sliding glass doors. It also houses the second living space (with a queen sofa bed), a full bathroom and the washer and dryer.
