The ground floor living area is bursting with sunlight and the ambiance of a true Florida beach home, making it easy to gather, relax,and create lifelong memories with friends and family. There are three living areas on the ground floor:
Canopy Corner: Lounge in the rocker under the shaded canopy while you get lost in your favorite book, or roast marshmallows under the stars around the fire pit
Breezy Dining: Fire up the grill next to the spacious outdoor dining area with seating for 8
Sun Soaking: Soak up the sun while lounging next to the HEATED pool.
This multi-functional area is also fisherfolk friendly, with a small outdoor sink to clean your catch and an outdoor freezer to store your catch or bait. There is also free parking available at the house for up to a 27 ft boat on a trailer and for cars (3-4 cars with ease).

Second Floor
