Master King bed 55 in flat tv private balcony view. The living rm leather queen size pullout sofa and a 55 tv. The gourmet kitchen everything the traveling chef requires. New SS appl. Every consideration for comfort is provided beach gear for 4. Screened porch has dining for 6. Walk to bars, rest, park and beaches. Every consideration has been taken to ensure your stay is extremely comfortable. All small appliances are provided including coffee pots both kuerig and drip, tea pot, blender, toaster, hair dryers for both bathrooms, iron, dispensers for excellent shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Beach gear for 4 including two coolers, 4 beach chairs, two umbrellas, and beach towels. The furniture is tried and true we use it in all four of our extremely successful vacation rentals. It has all been newly purchased. We pay attention to details to make sure you have a memorable stay. We also own a two bedroom unit in the villas in this resort and another 2 bedroom in the E building. In case you need more room and another about a block away that is a two bedroom two bathroom in Bella Vista. We offer significant discounts for long term stays in off season ( May to Nov) please contact me and we will work with you. This resort is a short walk to the beach through the Park. It has Twisted Tuna restaurant bar next to the main heated pool. We have a fabulous view from the balcony of the Pool restaurant over the lake.We have a strict cancellation policy so please think about getting vacation insurance which the site is vacation rental insurance all together one word no spaces and dot com. Policies run about $100 to $200. The complex also requires you to register I will send you a lease and a registration form which you will need to send to the complex management along with a copy of your drivers license and $25 if you intend to bring a car. It is the fee for each car so if you intend to bring 2 cars it would be $50. Also we do not allow dogs it isn't because we don't like them. It is because my husband is highly allergic and immune compromised. So I please ask you to respect our requirement and do not bring an animal. Check in is at 4:00 pm if you would like to check in earlier and we can accommodate you the fee is $20 per hour. The same for late check out and we must know in advance and the fee must be paid when you request. Balcony work is being done on this property it is scheduled for August to November. Since the actual dates are still fluid I am not blocking the calendar I own 2 other condos in this complex so I can move you or I will provide you with a full refund if you choose not to come when that date arrives, 2 keys are provided one for the pool and one for the door. If you dont return them it is a $200 fee so please return them.

This wonderful quiet villa boasts newly renovated kitchen,bathrooms, and floors. All furniture is top of the line and newly purchased. The condo contains two master bedroom suites. Each suite has a wonderful king size bed with plush mattress, and leather upholstered headboards along with a new flat screen tv. New linens have been provided for every bed and all including quilts are wash between each guest. The pillows are both natural (down pillows as well as alternative down) The living room has 2 new leather couches one is a queen size pullout sofa bed and a 55 inch flat screen tv. There is also a roll away bed in the closet.. The community has a huge pool, tennis courts, paddle courts. brThis gourmet kitchen has everything the travelling chef requires. All stainless steel appliances d/w, micro, stove and french door refrigerator with ice and water on the door, quartz counter tops, new pots and pans, dishes and utensils. All small appliances are available for your use including both a keurig coffee maker and a regular coffee machine, blender, mixer, toaster, and teapot. brThe villa also has two newly renovated bathroom with large shower, glass shower doors and vanities with quartz counter tops. The hair dryer, magnifying mirror, iron, and ironing board will help make your stay feel more like home. The bathrooms are also each equipped with soap, shampoo, conditioner, new towels, hair dryer, and small toiletries for your convenience (q tips, cotton balls).brThere is also a stackable washer and dryer in the event you need to do some laundry. Every consideration for your comfort has been provided including beach gear for 4 : beach chairs, cooler, large thermos, umbrella and beach towels and a cart to help you get it all across the park. brThe porch has dining for 6 and a seating area to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.brWe also provide the latest in technology with a Hotwire wifi and TV. An Amazon echo will allow you to play unlimited music, answer questions, control the thermostat and a list of other interesting feature that will be outlined in a brochure at the property. brOur property location allows you to walk to bars and restaurants including double roads, the dive bar, the Shack, and Harborside. The property is adjacent to Carlin Park. The property also has a heated, pools, tennis courts and grilling facilities by the pool. We will provide you with a to do list with suggestion of places to go when you reserve with us. It is all in a binder left in the unit. Also we do not allow dogs it isn't because we don't like them. It is because my husband is highly allergic and immune compromised. So I please ask you to respect our requirement and do not bring an animal. Check in is at 4:00 pm if you would like to check in earlier and we can accommodate you the fee is $20 per hour. The same for late check out and we must know in advance and the fee must be paid when you request. We recommend you get travel insurance for your stay. You can get it at vacation rental insurance all one word dot com. Policies run between $100 and $200. Also you are provided 2 sets of keys in the unit each has a door key and a pool key.
