Escape to your very own private oasis in the heart of Jupiter at this luxurious 7 bedroom, 6 bath resort. The main house features 5 spacious bedrooms, while a separate guest house offers an additional 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.

Recently expanded to 5500 square feet, this property comfortably sleeps 15 guests and boasts three living rooms, two kitchens, and a cozy fireplace. In the main house, 3 of the 5 bedrooms feature king size beds, 2 of them have ensuite bathrooms. The other 2 bedrooms include one with a single twin bed and the other with 2 sets of twin bunk beds. The guest house features 2 bedrooms, one is a king suite room and the other one has 2 twin beds.

The sprawling resort pool features a lazy river surrounding a serene island beneath swaying palms. Its centerpiece is a magnificent waterfall cascading over a pirate-themed grotto adorned with a mural of ships and treasure hunts. Soak up the sun on chaise lounges, relax under one of the four tiki huts or enjoy lively water activities amongst the unique tropical landscape. If you are looking to be loud and obnoxious and blast music past quiet hours then please DO NOT book this property. Quiet hours start at 8:30pm. Parties are strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the property and forfeiture of security deposit. Music must be at a minimum during quiet hours and only be heard within the pool area. Our neighbors must not be able to hear the music past 8:30 pm. While we want you to enjoy every minute here at Kontiki Falls we also need to be respectful to our neighbors and community who are not on vacation. Keep in mind that the music travels further over water.

Parking is limited to 7 vehicles

A 2.9% cancellation fee is charged for all cancelled reservations for which Jupiter Vacation Rentals is merchant of record.

There is absolutely NO diving from the top of the waterfall.

Small children should be supervised at all times when outside by pool.

We offer several games to play around the property. Once you are finished playing games please place all game items back to its central location in the courtyard near the ping pong table.

If you did move furniture around kindly place it back in its original location before check out. Thank you!
