The condo is on the third floor and there is no elevator. There are hardwood floors, stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a washer/dryer. The breakfast table and island provide ample seating. The condo has two bedrooms equipped with queen-sized beds and two baths, one with a soaker tub and the other with a full bath. The tub does not have working jets and is not a Jacuzzi. Our home has high-speed internet, perfect for streaming, teleworking, and distance learning. There are new smart TVs in the living room (with a soundbar) and main bedroom. The living room has a new sofa, armchair, and ottoman. A side balcony is available with an ocean view, and chairs are provided to enjoy the scenery. There is a lovely oceanfront park right next to the building. Furthermore, the beach, pool, and various local restaurants are just a short walk away.brbrJacksonville Beach has many attractions, such as museums, a golf club, and a fishing pier. The Jacksonville Zoo is fun for all ages and has a wide variety of exhibits and beautiful gardens to walk through. Additionally, there are weekly events, including several music festivals.
