For longer stays, we charge $150 per week and $300 per month per pet. If you plan to bring a pet when booking with us, please inform us in advance. The fee for pets is non-negotiable for any animal. If you decide to bring a pet, please note the pet rules below: brbrPet Rulesbr - Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, or in bedrooms.br- Pets must not be left alone in the home unless securely crated.br- Guests must clean up after their pets and remove any excessive pet hair to the best of their ability before check-out.br- Please ensure pets’ paws are clean before entering the housebr- Do not use household towels, linens, or bedding for pets.br- Excessive barking or noise that disturbs neighbors is not permitted.br br(Note that any pet-related damage, including chewing, scratching, stains, or extra cleaning, will result in an additional charge.)brbrEvents/parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1000 fine. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which I hold them to.brbrWe have a smart thermostat in this home and do limit temperatures to the following ranges to reduce our environmental impact:brbrSummer - 70 to 85 degrees FbrWinter - 60 to 75 degrees Fbrbr**IMPORTANT**Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. You’re welcome to smoke OUTSIDE in designated outdoor areas, as long as cigarette butts are properly disposed of and not left on the ground or anywhere on the property. If we find cigarette butts or any evidence of smoking (such as ash on surfaces, empty packs, etc.) left behind, a $250 additional cleaning fee will be applied on top of the standard cleaning fee.
