With a totally new renovation in 2024, this unit is updated, very clean and worry free. This cottage is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and a great place to relax. We also have laundry onsite, and a screened in porch for evening gatherings. Both are shared. Nice dogs allowed ($35 extra) add them on # of guests page, but backyard isn't completely fenced. There is a nice place to walk them a half block to the east. Newly installed ChargePoint Level 2 - 50 amp EV charger.

Walk in and up the stairs to the bright and cheery first floor where you’ll find a beautifully updated and fully stocked kitchen, and a spacious living area with comfy seating. TV, cable, high speed internet and Wifi are all available. The dinette and kitchen counter seating offer plenty of room for meals. One of the beautifully updated full baths is also on the first floor. brbrThere are two spacious bedrooms plus a loft area on the second floor.
