We have been coming to this condo for 8 years. We really LOVE everything about it! The easy and quick access to the beach, along with the convenience of several restaurants within walking distance keeps us coming back. The beach view from the condo is one of our favorite things about it. This year God painted some of the most BEAUTIFUL sunsets ,making the evenings even better. Thanks to Sue and her team for welcoming us back each year and helping us make some great memories. We are already looking forward to next year!

Stayed Jun 14, 2025We knew it was going to be a great stay when we walked into the condo! It smelled of clean laundry and we got an excellent view of the Gulf of America right from the doorway! Restaurants, ice cream, and shops all within walking distance! We'll definitely be back soon!

Stayed Jun 9, 2025My daughter and her children loved this location and couldn’t condo right on the beach. The tall balcony chairs were definitely a plus! The amenities in the condo were appreciated, especially the unit’s washer and dryer. They definitely hope to stay there again! Thank you for a great week at Indian Rocks Beach!

Stayed Mar 29, 2025The unit is beautiful, very clean & well stocked, even a small cooler. Any questions were responded to quickly. It's a small complex so you're not sharing the pool or beach with hundreds of people. Only 1 small issue, It was my daughter's senior year spring break, treated a few of her friends, who were staying near by, to a quick lunch, once. I'm sure you're aware when you get girls together they can get loud quickly, giggling & talking over each other. I promptly told them to quite down. Within minutes it was reported to the owner. She handled it great! Just keep in mind its a small 6 unit building so any loud activity may cause a issue.

The condo was lovely. It was clean and well-maintained. The beach was quiet and the location was close to everything. Friendly people and tons of great restaurants nearby. Lots to do but we were happy spending time at the beach and pool. Sue was very friendly, pleasant and accommodating. We will be back!
