There is a large bathroom with a walk-in shower with a rain head! The bedroom has a new queen bed that is very comfortable. The living room has a leather futon perfect for guests. There is a large flat-screen TV in the living room with a DVD player. There is a smaller flat-screen TV in the bedroom. brbr**Please note that the cottage is perfect for a couple or a family with one or two younger children. It could be a bit tight for four adults, especially as the bathroom is accessed through the bedroom. brbrAll of the shops, restaurants and Gulfport's beach are within a short walk of this cottage. This cottage has a lovely front porch for enjoying the Key West style atmosphere. We have a couple of bicycles at the property for guests to use to ride around town. The separate garage apartment features 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. Both properties have laundry and fully stocked kitchens. brbr*This property is unique in that it has the ability to host 8 people in the main house, and there is also a 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom separate garage apartment that can also be rented. (if both properties are available at the same time) The apartment is a separate short term rental, and it is completely private from the main house, with it`s own entry off the back alley. Make sure when adding guests to include a pet and that will add on the pet fee for your trip.brbr*Host will allow early/late check out times for a $25 fee if scheduling allows for it.
