Historic Waterfront District- Gulfport Florida, includes pool, grill and bikes!

The property was cozy, very comfortable and had everything we needed and more to have a lovely stay. It was too chilly to use the pool, but it was beautiful nonetheless. Having a private courtyard is a dream. Everything was just perfect. The host was very responsive. The location is perfect for walking, shopping and enjoying a meal out.We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Home was thoughtfully decorated and comfortable, the host was communicative, and it was in a great location! Would definitely stay here again.

Jimmy was an excellent host! He communicated in advance on our check-in procedures and made sure we had everything we needed. And the property is beautiful!! Plenty of space for us and our dog. We will definitely be back!

Check-in was a breeze thanks to Jim's excellent communication. The property itself was stunning, both inside and out. The pictures truly don't capture how amazing the pool area is. We had a very relaxing stay. The location is perfect—we loved being able to walk to charming shops and waterfront restaurants.

Jimmy is an excellent host....his place is clean, modern, and extremely comfortable. The location is ideal... 2 blocks from the gulfport veach and an easy 10-15 minute drive to St. Petes beach.

This property was amazing. The artwork and attention to detail was truly exceptional. The location to the main strip in Gulfport was great. Our host was very helpful and communicated with us regularly throughout our stay. We hope to stay at this property again soon!

This property, although older, has alot of CHARM! We loved the location and the art district it was around. The check in process was a breeze and the house itself was well stocked!!! Jimmy gave us great recommendations in the area and check on our visit a few times just to ensure we were all comfortable. We thank you and will be back (hopefully soon).

Walking and biking distance to everything you may need. A bit further to a Publix by car for everything else.

The property was beautiful and within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We had a slight miscommunication and the owner was quick to address our concerns and offer a suitable solution. The area was fun and we enjoyed our time.

I can’t wait for another occasion to go back to the fantastic vacation rental! The design of this place is just spectacular and an art deco heaven. It was so relaxing and peaceful and the whole house is well appointed. This will be the only place I stay when going to the St Pete area. Love it!!

Great place

It was a great property and the owner was awesome to deal with. Welcomed us and offered any assistance if we had any. But we did not, it was a great location within walking distance to restaurants and what a wonderful little community in Gulfport. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Overall the property was as advertised. They are working to make it an amazing place. I did hear neighbors snoring but an old duplex has thin walls. ?

The pics do not do justice to the place. Jimmy keeps clean and always communicates with you. The neighborhood is very unique and welcoming. Blocks from the bay, good food and very peaceful. 15-18 minutes to Clearwater and st Pete’s beach. We loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is one side of a duplex and well maintained. The home was comfortable and stocked with all we needed. The pool was relaxing as I enjoyed a few hours sitting outside. One bedroom is the lowest level and stays very cool temperature wise. The upstairs bedroom is bright and comfortable. The bathroom is outside the upstairs bedroom which is a bit inconvenient for anyone in the bottom bedroom. Any questions I had, I was able to text the owner and he replied very quickly. Gulfport is an adorable town. The beach is an easy three block walk with restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend staying at this house when you plan your visit to Gulfport, FL.
