Dock stairs lead directly down into the water for easy access to swim, snorkel, or launch a kayak or paddleboard. We provide 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards for guests to enjoy! The ground level is a fully covered 2000 square-foot entertainment space with 2 large picnic tables, outdoor pool table, ping-pong, basketball goal, hanging egg chairs, corn hole and gas grill to take advantage of the beautiful bay views. The grassy back yard leads up to the sandy waterfront, complete with a wood-burning fire pit and reclining lounge chairs for sunbathing or relaxing. Perfect if you have kids. We also prepared local maps and guides in case you are interested.
