Spacious 4BR house w/ large fenced-in Backyard, Fire-pit and BBQ Grill

Location was very convenient to family members in the area . The fenced yard was very much appreciated ! The house was comfortable and had everything needed !

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were here for 4 nights It was spacious, and clean. We had a grill, deck and a stocked fire pit outside. The host was easy to contact if we had questions. I would book again if in the area.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood. It is relaxing and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area, yet close enough to everything. The house itself was extremely clean and welcoming. We were very happy with the size of the house and the ability to spread out. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made it easy to cook. Highly recommend.

Plenty of room, absolutely everything you need is here, check out was a breeze! This is how you manage and maintain a property!

The property was a little out dated but still taken care of and nice! We had a great time, but won’t be staying again because of the neighbors… they were very rude, yelling at us and out fur babies:(

This place is perfect if you're traveling with pets. Spacious fenced in backyard plenty of room for them to run. Everything was nice and clean. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck playing games and enjoying cocktails?? We usually take our furbabies to the east coast of Florida and decided to come to Gulf Breeze this year. Was dissapointed that there wasn't super pet friendly beaches. On the east coast you can walk them for miles on the beach which our dogs love doing. We did however find a really cool nature preserve 2 miles away. So that made it all better. I would recommend this place. You're close to everything. Thanks Franziska for having us.

We enjoyed spending a week here with our small dog. There was plenty of room to spread out and our dog enjoyed running around in the fenced-in yard. The location was convenient with only minutes to the water or shopping.

We were looking for a house with a lot of space, a big yard, and a quiet neighborhood and this house did not disappoint! We were not far from the grocery store and multiple restaurants including Buenas Dias Cafe (which was awesome!). It was also a short drive to the beach and downtown. We also took our fur babies for a walk to the bay ( took 5 minutes). The house itself had multiple tvs and the kitchen was well stocked with so many utensils and different appliances. Large backyard but if you have a tiny dog, they can slip through the slots of the gate so u have to watch them. Overall great place to stay

We stayed here over Thanksgiving to be close to where our daughter works (Gulf Breeze zoo) and be able to bring our dogs. The house had plenty of room for family of 4 adults, nice furnishings, well stocked kitchen and good size fenced in backyard. We enjoyed throwing the ball for our dogs in the back yard and took them on a couple of walks around the quiet neighborhood. There were some issues with my payment going through, but the host spent what sounded like numerous hours on the phone with support to get it resolved and kept me completely informed of her progress. We thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay and would consider staying here again!
