The property is located very close to the water - snakes such as water moccasins are seen on occasion, especially near rocks and such, please make sure you are aware of your surroundings. Swimming in the bay there are a variety of aquatic species that can cause harm, swim at your own risk.brbrThe property will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Please note that we do not provide additional cleaning or housekeeping services during your stay. There are tv’s in each room and basic cable is provided along with free wifi. The dining table seats six and added seating at the large breakfast bar.brFor 2026, Island Princess 706 provides free daily platinum beach service through La Dolce Vida from March 1st until October 31st for guest use.
