You can spend 24 hours a day, 7 days a week basking in this breathtaking view of our beautiful Emerald Green Waters and Snow White Sandy Beaches. Travel all over the world and you will never find a snow-white sandy beach as beautiful as this! It has been said that you can see dolphins traveling in schools in the water throughout the day. Bring your binoculars and find yourself up close and personal with flipper. All this can take place without you even leaving the condo. Sit on the balcony in the early morning sipping your coffee, and end the day sitting on the balcony enjoying a cocktail. Either way, you leave your worries behind and become entranced in nature, with all the luxuries of a five star resort. brBy far and away, this is our most favorite place to spend our time. As often as possible we escape to the condo to relax, enjoy the beach and create memories with family and friends. For us, this is a slice of heaven. Sharing this gorgeous getaway with friends and family is an experience you will never forget. It certainly is our favorite thing to do and we hope it will be yours as well.brWe have recently made many upgrades to our condo. In December 2020 we put in a new water heater and a new commercial grade washer and dryer. In January 2021 we put in a new stove. In the master bedroom we purchased a new king size bed along with two new nightstands and a new dresser. The queen over queen bunk bed is new along with the dresser in the bunk room. In the living room you will find a new couch and love seat along with new end tables and coffee table. Our condo was also repainted in January and the condo looks great!brOur condo is just steps away from the beach. Avail yourself to the private path that leads you to your own private beach. Going from condo to beach is less than a 2 minute walk. Your options are limitless. You can enjoy the view of the beach from the condo any time, day or night. If you are so inclined, you can meander down to the beach. In doing so, you may become sidetracked by the two beautiful pools that you will find just outside the condo. Both pools have a fantastic hot tub that may be calling your name. In addition to the pools and hot tubs, there is also a children's water play area that will attract the little people. This is certainly a family friendly location!brIf you decide to resist the lure of the pools, hot tubs and children's area and continue onto the beach you will find a complimentary beach service at your command. As a gift from us to you, there will be two chairs and an umbrella all set up and waiting for you to relax. brIn our condo you will find three extremely comfortable bedrooms with each having its own private bathroom. What a convenient and private way to allow yourself to unwind. There is a master bedroom where you will find a king size bed and a gulf view. Off the master bedroom there is a glorious master bathroom with its own private Jacuzzi, twin sinks, tiled shower and private toilet area. The second bedroom has a spacious king size bed also with its own private bathroom. The third bedroom has two queen size beds in a bunk bed layout. Of course, there is a private bathroom off this bedroom as well. In all, the condo sleeps eight people very comfortably. brNeedless to say, fresh, clean linens are provided for your convenience and comfort. I promise you that this will be a vacation you will be talking about for years to come. This beautiful beach is our backyard! You just can’t get any closer to the beach! As a smaller condominium complex with 27 units, the beach is much less crowded and we have our own private boardwalk. The unobstructed panoramic view of the sparkling emerald waters and the beach from our living room and balcony is spectacular! The brilliant colors of the sunrise and sunsets are captivating. The moonlit nights also display their own glistening beauty across the waters. The spacious living room with two sets of sliding glass doors that open to the balcony overlooking the beach, includes a nice comfortable queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with many extras for those choosing to eat in. The dining table seats four and we have the bar with bar stools. There is a washer/dryer in the unit for guests convenience. The bedroom has a brand new bedroom set with a king size bed and a new comfortable top notch Sealy mattress set. Off the bedroom is a private half bath. The full bath is beautifully updated and located off of the hall. We have nice linens and towels, and our housekeeping service will have our non smoking condo clean and prepared especially for you! There is a reserved parking place for our guest, as well as self check in/keyless entry for your convenience. Our outdoor pool is equipped with bathrooms, lounge chairs, a grilling area, and picnic tables, located in front of our condo. The back of our condo faces the beach, and from the balcony is the gorgeous beach view. The beach service we provide for our guest includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella, set up daily from Mar 1 through Oct 31. We have two beach chairs in the bedroom closet for our guest as well.
