Beachbums Hideaway - Unique Artsy Beachfront Townhouse

Beachbums hideaway was a terrific place to stay for our family. If you have older teenagers they’ll love having a little independence on the lower level. They had their own kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, not to mention a door straight out to the beach.

My family and I had a great time at Beachbum's Hideaway. It had plenty of space for everyone and it was amazing being that close to the beach. The property was equipped with beach chairs and an umbrella, which was fantastic because it meant a few less things to pack. It is our hope to visit again should we ever be in the area. The hosts were great at communication and check-in was a breeze.

This place was absolutely wonderful! We stayed during the middle of March--a typical college spring break week and you would never have known it! The beachfront area that you could walk straight down to was so close, it was unbelievable & so convenient. The townhouse had three levels was quite spacious with lots of closets & storage areas all around the place.The master bedroom was gorgeous with the ensuite bathroom & stand alone tub with hand shower attached to it,along w/reg shower. The bottom level was a full studio-like apartmt.w/kitchenette & bathroom that was great for the kids.The regular kitchen was stocked with many cooking appliances & dishware, etc.The decor of the entire place was very pleasing & the personal touches left for guests were very welcoming. Beach chairs,towels were already provided which was an added plus.Outdoor shower was so nice to wash off the beach sand before going inside.Beds were comfortable. The outside balcony with table & chairs were so relaxing to enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean w/ your coffee or evening drinks & listen to the sound of the ocean.We were very close to local restaurants & nearby grocery stores & just over the bridge was Destin.The owners were so easy to communicate with & left very clear instructions.Our week's stay could not have been any more delightful. We cannot say enough great things about Beachbums Hideaway! We would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

Beautiful home and an incredible location. My kids absolutely loved this vacation and just keep upping the cool factor with the place. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at BeachBums Hideaway. It was clean and family friendly. The deck has a perfect view right on the beach. We would definitely stay here again. Chris the owner was great and went out his way to make sure our family had a great time.

Everything was excellent. The townhouse is directly in the beach, which meant easy access and great views. The place was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Communication with the host was also fast and detailed. We will certainly be back.

This place was perfect! Great location for all that we wanted to do. The beach was fantastic and we had super easy access to it. I don't think that we could a picked a more perfect listing. If we ever get a chance to go back to this area we will look for this very same place. The home had everything that we needed and more. Definitely a beach bums PERFECT hideaway!

This is definitely my favorite place I’ve ever stayed in Florida! The condo has everything you need & you walk right outside & you’re on the beach. This was the first time I’ve actually had interaction with the host out of the many times I’ve used VRBO & they were so awesome & kind! I will definitely be returning here for a future stay & this will be my go to spot from here on out.

This is just as described. If your looking for a beautiful beach & quiet location this is it. You just walk out the patio up a few steps on the walkway bridge & there you are….. the beach! The bungalow is cozy & the two of us were comfortable. Location is away from the hustle & bustle of the strip but it’s really only a short drive away. We hope to book this again!
