Victor and Valerie were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The condo was wonderful and we had an excellent vacation there and hope to do so again. I highly recommend this condo and you couldn’t work with better people.

Such a nice and very clean unit. Decor was very tastefully beachy in beautiful colors. Furnishings and master king size bed are updated and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The views of the Gulf of American are unbelievable. You will get to see both sunrises and sunsets, not many condominiums are situated so you get such awesome views. The Logans are fantastic hosts. We highly recommend this condominium and these hosts. You will not be disappointed.

We absolutely love staying at Victor and Valerie's condo. It is pristine! The condo is not only incredibly clean, warm and inviting but beautifully decorated and perfect for our family of 4. Additionally, the view is absolutely magical! I must also add that working with the hosts has been a pure delight. Victor and Valorie are so kind and helpful, they feel more like friends! So grateful for another beautiful stay at Victor and Valorie's Condo.

Was a beautiful condo, very clean. The hosts were wonderful to work with, would definitely recommend. I may even become a snowbird there, peaceful and relaxing!!!

Enjoyed coffee on the balcony each morning watching folks fishing from shore. Close to shopping for groceries and such as we like preparing our own food. Purchased fish from local fish market and prepared on the grill-delicious! Easy for us to fly into Destin-Fort Walton Airport and short drive to the beach!

I booked this condo last minute. I had been looking for something to check off all my boxes...beachfront, great view, private beach, quiet, updated condo, clean.... all but impossible to find. Then like a week before we left, this gem popped up. What a blessing! Not only did this place check off all the boxes, but it also checked some I didn't know I wanted. It's a smaller building, so only about 20-25 units. The condo was recently redone and beautifully decorated. I loved all of the thoughtful touches and the flow of the colors and decor throughout the unit. Everything appeared to be new or like new, very clean and well organized. This is the first vacation we have literally just relaxed and enjoyed the view. There is a sign in the bathroom that says, God's love is mightier than the sea and what a beautiful place to reflect on this sentiment. I should also add that in this condo, you are within 10-15 minutes to great restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, etc. They have a perfect 10-star rating, and it is well deserved!!! Thanks Victor & Valerie for a great place to recharge the soul.

We’ve stayed at Island Sands multiple times and have always enjoyed it. We’ve stayed in the Logan’s property at least twice, and I totally recommend them as hosts. You can tell they try to anticipate guest needs, and they reach out to you before & after your visit. Hope to visit again next year!

This condo is just wonderful, super clean, great owners who are so easy to work with, has an out of this world balcony and just steps away from the beach. You couldn’t ask for anything better. This was our second time there and will probably be back next year!
