There is a pay-to-use laundry room located on the ground floor of Building C.brbrbrbrThe views from your private lanai are much desired, enjoy your morning coffee soaking up the ocean breeze, read a magazine after a morning swim or turn in for the night listening to the waves. brbrbrbrThe EBT complex is a quiet community with many amenities to offer each guest. EBT has walking trails throughout the grounds with lush landscaping, tennis courts for your use, a large heated pool with lounge chairs, BBQ, coined operated laundry facilities in the lobby, internet access in the lobby and unit. brbrbrbrAcross the street is a marina. If you are looking to adventure to the Lovers Key state park or the Time Square area of Fort Myers Beach, there is a trolley that will take you back and forth.brbrbrbr* We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Estero Beach and Tennis (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year.
