Beach Villas #101 - Beautiful Beachfront Condo

The condo was very nice and plenty of room. I was informed of construction going on with replacing the windows after I had booked. We were ok with that since we would be at the pool most of the day we only got one day of pool time and they closed it and blocked off the tables, grills and even the shower area to rinse the sand off. Also the thermostat keep going to 80 degrees and we had to keep turning it down. They told use we could use the Pink Shells pool but they wanted 65 for a day pass, a little much for a day. Would I stay there again? I would have to say No, but I will say the rental company was very helpful and they granted use early access the day we arrived and they did give me a small refund. Which I was not expecting.

The condo was very nice and the sorrounding area is beautiful. The towns nearby still seem to be in recovery mode from the recent hurricanes. Excellent birding and fishing nearby!

Awesome stay! Came to FMB with family. It’s a bit far to walk to town but the beach trolley, tram, and Tripppin rides (golf cart rides) was awesome. Best spot on the beach, beautiful screen porch, would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the view, on the beach! Condo well equipped. No HD channels or ability to watch my streaming apps, not good. Park on north end closed. Got take out at the Pink Shell bar next door a few times and was good. Parking good.

Sunsets everyday and no sand or crowded locations. You can watch the pool and hear the fun. Hope that Ft Myers recovers and returns the fun dining locations next time.

Excellent location, clean, affordable, great communication with rental company, family dinners on the lanai after sunsets on the beach were our favorite part!

We had easy access straight to the beach and walked on it daily. In the evening, we were rewarded by beautiful sunsets. The unit had everything we needed, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We lived our week at this beach condo. The location was perfect….right on the beach and just a short walk to Times Square (downtown). The condo was very clean when we arrived and well-appointed with whatever we needed for cooking. Even though it’s a small space, all of it is used very efficiently. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on. We would definitely stay again if ever in the Fort Myers area.

My stay was wonderful Watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony Plenty of linens for us to use. Kitchen was well stocked with all cooking equipment

We had concerns about the recent Hurricanes in the area, but all went well. Great location, condo clean well stocked had all we needed. Actually we brought a few things beach items (chairs) we didn’t realize they were provided. Would recommend.

Everything needed to enjoy a beach vacation was there, chairs, umbrella, kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. Just bring yourself and personal items. Grills close by. Patio comfortable. Two propane gas grills with cooking utensils at pool. Outside shower to clean off the beach sand. 101 is far away from elevator, a good thing, and overlooks the pool so was able to watch grandkids swimming. Guess if pool is full of kids it could get a little noisy. Overall a great condo.

La ubicación de la propiedad es preciosa, con una vista al mar espectacular. Tiene todas las comodidades, dormitorios bien equipados y limpios y en la cocina todos los utensilios necesarios. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado y enseguida enviaron a un mecánico para chequearlo. Volvería a rentar este lugar y lo recomendaría a familiares y amistades.

The location of the unit was great- first floor, corner unit , right near pool and beach access. It also was very close to the square definitely within walking distance. We had a few question and the property manager was very helpful and quick to respond.
