This resort is located at the quiet North end of Estero Island, and this two-bedroom, two-bath second floor above ground level gulf-front condo has a 180-degree view of the Gulf of Mexico and is a brisk 15-20 minute walk to Times Square and the myriad collection of boutiques, restaurants, and nightlife afforded at this end of the island. Guests at this resort have access to their on-site pool and patio with BBQ grills, tables, and chairs surrounded by a privacy fence. Your proximity to the Sky Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District, and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive. This condo is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home but with the tropical setting added to it. Off-street covered and open self-parking is included with your stay. Bellman's trolley and carts are available to arrive in a breeze. WiFi is complimentary, there are ceiling fans throughout and you will have your own private in-house laundry room with a full-size stackable washer and dryer. Pool was resurfaced in August 2025.brbrEntry is via elevator to the second floor and into an entry foyer and the open plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is tile flooring throughout but with carpeting in the bedrooms. The kitchen has everything necessary to create full-course meals should you so desire, or to just make toast and coffee in the morning. You only need to bring the food! There is an architectural tray ceiling with indirect lighting and plenty of granite counter space. From this vantage point you will see Sanibel Island to the west, then nothing but the open Gulf of Mexico to the south.brbrThe primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, a five-drawer chest of drawers with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV above, and sliding glass doors out to the balcony.
