Estero Beach & Tennis Club 803a - Your Perfect Beach Retreat on Fort Myers Beach

Everything was perfect. Very comfortable everything bed, couch, pool. No beach towels at first contacted Royal and they left them at the door.

This property is maintained beautifully! The pool was clear, a great temperature, and always had chairs available. We spent a lot of time at the pool. We walked the beach, to the Farmers Market across the street, and to CVS just a few blocks away. We took Uber to Junkanoo, Nervous Nellie’s, Petey’s Upperdeck, Snug Harbour (3 times, one of our favorites), and Flippers (fabulous meal on our final evening).The bed was super comfortable with nice bedding. The balcony was our favorite morning place for coffee and breakfast. The shower was a nice walk-in with luxurious water pressure.We recommend Janet Crockett for transportation to/from the airport and Reel Tales FMB for fishing and/or boat ride.We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay. The other guests/owners were very friendly and the property manager was very responsive to our questions.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Ft. Meyer's Beach. The studio is perfect for a couple. The bed was extremely comfortable. It is nicely updated, and had everything that we needed when we cooked. We appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, towels, noodles, and wagon to use at the beach. The walkway to the beach was all brick and made pulling the wagon so easy. We would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful condo; great location good communication with owners

The condo was as promised, clean with great views. A return trip is in our future. Thanks for providing the fun closet of chairs, umbrellas and other beach items that came in handy.

My husband and I stayed at the condo in April, and we had a great time. The size of the condo was the perfect size for the two of us. The condo came equipped with all the beach supplies we needed: coolers, beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, noodles. There were some beach toys too, but we didn’t use them. The wagon was also great for bringing everything to the beach! The beach access was great, just a minute or so walk away. I loved the beach by the condo. It was fairly quiet and uncrowded. We visited the beach on the northern end of the island once, and there was a huge difference in crowd level. If you’re looking for a more private relaxed beach, this is the place. The water was very calm, and there were lots of shells. We even found two sand dollars! While the view from the balcony isn’t directly overlooking the beach, the view from the side of the balcony was still beautiful! The condo was great for the most part, but there were a few things I think could have been better. We picked a condo with a kitchen so that we could cook meals. However, there wasn’t really anything to store the food in. I think we found 1 large food storage container. Also, a couple of the pans were a little on the dingy side. I know everyone has their own preferences on pillows, but we found the provided pillows to be not great and flat. Some of the beach supplies still had sand all over them from the previous renters too. These were pretty minor inconveniences though, and I would certainly stay here again.

I really enjoyed the closet full of beach stuff for our needs. In the closet their was a fold out wagon which made our beach days a lot of easier. This is great for families or people who fly in and not having all the necessary items for the beach. Ice maker does not work but we had more than enough with the ice packs for the cooler and the ice trays. I loved the farmers market across the street on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. This place is great for two people!

This was our first time in the Ft Meyers area and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Estero Beach and Tennis Club was perfect. Everything you need was within walking distance and the whole area was very clean and filled with pleasant people.
