Carlos Pointe #531 - Peaceful Condo on the Beach

We enjoyed our trip very much! The condo was very clean overall. If I had to get picky, the garbage can could use a replacement, looked moldy underneath the so ice top. Could also use a ice cream scooper, pizza cutter and new can opener. All appliances were nice and worked great. Again, some of these are if I had to get picky, as we made do just fine. Reviews mentioned the beach being a long walk to get to the water so I knew that going in and it is accurate, especially with little ones (6 & 4) but we made the most of it and still enjoyed the warm gulf water. Saw lots of dolphins and they were even jumping a few different times as well! Super neat experience for the kiddos. The kiddos enjoyed the pool too. It was very refreshing! Also mentioned was the beds be needing to be replaced. Not sure if that was done but both my husband and I thought the king was very comfortable. Personal Preference there maybe. The drive to the north end was easy and plenty of parking available throughout. We had lots of fun and I could’ve stayed longer!!

Clean, updated, and convenient with excellent views. Plenty of room for a family of 4. This is a family favorite and we will be back!

Very nice condo. Property was very clean. Pool was nice. Beach was large but not a great swim beach. That was ok because we had a great time exploring Sanibel Island Beach, as well as, north fort Myers’s beach area.

Great for a relaxing, quiet trip. Away from the traffic.

The property was very nice. Great view of the gulf! Nice pool. Just a couple of suggestions - needs new mattresses for all beds. Should replace trash container is kitchen and provide more than two wine glasses.

Nicely decorated, very comfortable. Building had elevator issues, but the 1 left actually seemed enough. Long walk to the beach, quarter mile... but great for shelling at low tide

The location was great, and the other guests were very friendly. I was a little disappointed in the way people reserved the pool chairs, I was there 2 days before I was able to get a chair. I hope to come back next year, hopefully the elevators will be working full time.

The condo was nice and had everything it stated it would have available. I would stay in this building again but as others have stated the twin beds are very uncomfortable. The master bed was ok but still not great. They should invest in new beds :) but overall the condo worked great!

We loved our stay. Condo was great. Everything you need except the people. Very clean and right on the beach. Would definitely stay here again. The only negative thing is quite away from store or restaurants. Not a problem if you have a car.
