Just a phone call or text away if you need anything.brbrThe home is located in the Englewood East which is a residential community. Only 7 miles to beautiful, Englewood Beach and Stump Pass. Many unique dining and recreational experiences close at hand. Englewood is a community featuring more Mom and Pop shops as opposed to the big box stores. Publix is recommended for grocery shopping. Golf courses open year round. Discounts in the summer. Englewood caters to the water enthusiast with great boating, fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding just a short drive away. Several great parks and libraries nearby including Warm Mineral Springs 15 mins away, Myakka State Park 40 mins away, Myakka State Forrest 5 Mins, Myakkahatchee Park 31 Mins away and the Tringle Park less than 5 mins away featuring a great Library next door.brbrThe home has a smart lock for entry. The entry code will be sent via text when the home has been fully prepared for your stay.brbrNotice required if you want to bring a trailer, boat, camper, RV, etc.brbrFrom the moment you walk into the Breezy Oasis you are surrounded by modern day comforts and welcoming colors. The home hugs you and you immediately feel right at home. The owners are frequent visitors so it is well stocked. If you enjoy cooking, we have you covered. But we must say Englewood offers excellent culinary delights for the foodie in the group. We will share our favorite's with you. You will walk through the door and immediately make your way to the pool. We can't blame you! The sun kissed pool deck is completely private and cut off from the world by nature's own fencing. Have your bathing suit on, rinse off in the outdoor shower, and float in the heated, salt water pool! Loungers in place to bask in the Florida sun....relaxation!!! Pool heat is not included in the rental fee additional charge is $25 per day will only heat to the temperature of 85 Degrees Fahrenheit during the winter months. Pool heat must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your desired start time. Fire up the propane grill and delight the neighbors with wafting deliciousness. After all the play, turn on the outdoor television, and enjoy your dinner around the outdoor table with seating for six. As the day comes to a reluctant end you will rest comfortably here. The main bedroom sits opposite of the two guest rooms and you will sprawl in King sized bedding with a walk in closet. Slider right out to the lanai. Bonus! Queen accommodations in the second bedroom and two singles in the third. Need a break from the snoring, the sofa pulls out into a bed. Stream your favorite shows from the various Smart Tv's. A bluetooth speaker as well to set the mood. I can hear the calypso drums now. Garage area is off limits to guest. Less than a 7 mile drive to the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico on Manasota Key and help yourself to the towels, chairs, umbrella, and the trusty cooler located in bin on side of home. Shelling , shark tooth hunting, parasailing, jet skiing, boating, fishing is all right at hand. Multiple beaches along Manasota Key to choose from. Please do not miss Stump Pass. Great food and yummy drinks right across the street. Sip your margarita and watch a breath taking sunset. We know with certainty you will be booking your next stay before you know it. All surveillance located in front and side of home pointing towards the street. brbrbrIt is recommended you have a vehicle. Uber is often used. Approximately a $20 Uber drive to the beach.brbrHome is clean and sanitized after each stay. We will try to accommodate early check in's but the sanitation of the home is top priority. The home is very flowing in all its accents and with the resort area, in which I will go more detail later, will give your stay here, a special one. br Let us start with the dining room. The dining room area with the champagne bubble lights over the decorative coastal table, only to command itself ready for a feast. Adjacent to the dining area is the kitchen. Along with its beauty and charm, this kitchen has adequate and practical space for work area. The modern pantry has tons of space for all your dry goods, water, drinks in general. Enough to last the entire stay and then some. Truely a pleasure to prepare your meal in this kitchen. Also, the kitchen is well equipped with a K cup with the option of coffee grinds for individual 1 cup or a pot of coffee, easy to use retro yet modern microwave, state of the art toaster. and utensils and silverware are all high quality. No shortcuts taken here. I myself enjoy cooking gourmet meals and keep a variety of spices at hand along with oils and condiments. The refrigerator has great drinking water and good ice maker.br The kitchen and dining area has its own demand for its spectacular views of the pool and resort area.br The master bedroom beautifully decorated with its own master bathroom. The King bed is very comfortable with the bedding and pillows. I give you permission to sleep in. You deserve it. The master bedroom has a tall mirror so you can see the outfit you pick out for the occasion. Also comes with a large dresser plus a walk-in closet. The master bedroom with its tasteful appearance and window view of the pool with blackout curtains for those who wants to sleep in. The master bath is equipped with a hairdryer and adequate space for personal hygiene, perfumes, and personal belongings. br The guest bedrooms with their own beautiful touches. Both bedrooms are not right up against each other and provides lots of privacy. Both guest bedrooms have very comfortable bedding and pillows. All bedrooms have closets and dressers. All bedrooms have modern ceiling fans also. br The outdoor Lania, which is a prelude to the resort style pool area, is set up either for lounging on the L shaped sofa and those who enjoy outdoor dining will not be disappointed with its open view and with its amazing view of the pool area. br The pool area is truly a retreat in its own class as in the pictures. Upon request, the pool is heated in the cooler months with a $ 18. Per day fee to cover increased energy usage. The resort style set up is private in nature with Mature trees and is well laid out. The pool has its own lounging area near the front entrance. This is where I love to have my coffee in the morning. The ambiance is amazing. There are lots of places to lounge including an Adirondack chair lounge area between two palm trees. Also, there is a cabana trellis for having a mid-day siesta. The deck area has 4 lounge chairs. Also equipped in this area is a grill and other shaded areas to relax in. And there is more, from sunset on, the backyard comes to life with the night ambiance of all the lighting of the pathways. The multi color pool light and the lit trees gives you the feel of being in paradise.br The home comes equipped with plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Also included is Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, sharks' teeth finder and cooler for the beach. There are also fishing rods along with bikes and helmets in the garage storage area that you are welcome use. brThe home also comes equipped with an iron board with iron and also a charging port for electronics.br The town is very historical in nature such as church bells going off daily along with the quaint small restaurants and shops. One of the best features of this tranquil location is everything is so close and a quick bike ride away. This location has the main public beach but also many other beaches very close by on the island to choose from. You may ask what's there to do I will tell you. They have fishing charters that go out 15 miles and your guaranteed to catch fish. The have boat rentals, jet ski rentals, kayak rentals, site seeing tours, parasailing, bike rentals, public tennis courts, golfing, snorkeling and more... All within a mile of the home.
