Manasota Key Beach House, Beautiful Private Residential Beach, Heated Pool opt

Our second stay at this property. It was just as enjoyable as the first. The separate apartment provides the privacy that our family enjoys. The screened in pool is the main attraction for us. Also, the easy access to the beach. The width of the beach was considerably narrower than it was last October but we made it work even at high tide. We love how quiet and uncrowded the area is and there are some terrific restaurants. The host is readily available for any issues, but we didn’t have any so I had no need to contact her.

We have stayed here three times now, and this place is great. Steps to the beach, fully stocked kitchen, great pool to relax in. Host is very responsive and helpful. We already booked this for next year's trip!

Another great stay

We had a blast at Nancy's Manasota home! My wife brought up rebooking after the second day we were there. The home is just a short walk to the uncrowded private beach.The kitchen is well stocked and has newer appliances. We tend to prepare our own meals so it was nice to have everything we needed. We used the gas grill several times. I grilled some Jumbo shrimp that we bought from the local seafood market. The pool is nice sized and private, right outside of the sliding doors. We couldn't keep our nine year old son out of it. There are 3 bathrooms. We used the master bathroom for showers. It was so nice to have a showhead above me for a change. I'm 6'2 so I usually have to crouch down to get under the shower head. It is not common for us to find a place that we want to rebook but we are coming back here!

What a lovely property. We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything you need to cook or just lounge around. Proximity to the beach is very close. Nancy was quick to answer any questions and very friendly.

House was clean and literally had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and very nice neighbor as well. Steps to the beach and newly remodeled. Pool was cold due to weather so we did not use it but we spent our time at the beach anyway. The chairs in the garage were great to have there as we did not have to bring our own. Great communication and was easy to get in at check in time. Would rent here again.

Everything it was advertised to be. Lovely home in a beautiful location. Beach and pool were a delight. Good and timely communication with our host. We recently stayed at this beautiful beach house, and I can't recommend it enough! The location was perfect, just a two-minute walk to the beach, which made it incredibly convenient for sunbathing and swimming. The amenities were top-notch, including a lovely swimming pool that provided a refreshing escape. The two bedrooms were very private, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Overall, everything was nice, and I would definitely return!

The place is beautiful and quiet. The beach is very close. The Sunset is fiery and golden. In the kitchen you will find every thing you need.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We felt right at home. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were spacious. Neighbors were great! Short walk to the beach. Amazing sunsets. My favorite part of staying in the Gulf. Would stay here again. We love Englewood/Manasota Key. Quiet, calm, no traffic. Few tourists

Beautiful place, exactly as pictures and description portray. Host is the very best. Kept in contact and easy to reach. It was a lovely experience and hope to come again here soon!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this home. The home was clean and inviting. The pool was absolutely perfect and the close proximity to the beach was outstanding. If we needed Nancy, she was just a text away. We would 100% stay in this home again.

Short walk to beach and house was super clean!

Everything was great. Communication with host was exceptional, property was clean and as described, and is steps from the beautiful beach.

This is our second time staying at this house. Great location, just steps from the beach. Very clean, and kitchen had everything you need for cooking. Kids loved the pool, and we made use of the huge DVD selection. So glad to see this property relatively unscathed from the hurricane.

Very nice home and well set up and clean

Nancy was very responsive and gave very helpful information prior to our arrival. The house was in a great location practically right on the beach and very comfortable. I throughly enjoyed our stay and the early morning peaceful walks on the beach.

Everything at the house was beautiful and well organized. The beach is close and easy to get to. It was nice to have ways to shower or hose off sand before going in. No complaints. Thanks Nancy, for everything.

This is a perfect vacation home. Quaint but enough space for our party of 6. The secluded private pool was the best place to hang out during VERY windy beach days. Our nightly walk to view the sunset took 2 minutes and the neighbors were lovely. Nancy is an amazing host. I can't say enough good things about our stay. The kitchen is really well equipped. There are 3 beach chairs, plenty of towels, comfy beds, good appliances, Keurig and regular coffee maker and a WORKING ice maker. Just a really great recently remodeled home.

Not your fault but Florida is just too hot in Sept. As a pair of senior citizens 95-98 degree temps are dangerous.
