It`s a non-negotiable so please just go outdoors to smoke and away from the doors. It`s Florida so being outside enjoying the sunshine or watching one of our amazing storms can be fun!brbrLastly: Everyone at our company (staff and owners) really loves helping people make great vacation memories. We are human and travel too, and we try to look for the good not the bad when vacationing. The point of telling you that is that this is an awesome unit and we work really hard on it, but things can and will happen. We don`t know when the microwave will break (if it does we will replace it) or if a Florida palmetto bug will sneak in the house (we are located in Florida which is a jungle..the unit is treated for pests but sometimes they will sneak in and there is nothing we can do about it). Every unit is professionally cleaned prior to check-in but if our cleaners miss something just give us a call and we will send them right back out to fix it. If things like that would bother you, then we may not be the place for you. These are things that we have experienced as well at vacation rentals while travelling and we roll with the punches and have fun. We are not in this business to be a hotel, we have a fun place for guests to stay with friends and family that is fairly priced.. if you are uptight or looking for perfection we aren`t the place for you. If you are ready for fun in the sun with friends and family, adorable decor and a management company that will respond if you do happen to have any issues...book away and get ready to vacay! We`ve been doing this awhile and are just over uptight people that look for reasons to complain when they should be enjoying their beach vacation.
