The house sits on a huge lot on top of a dune, the sunsets are spectacular right from the house! There's plenty of room for a bike trailer and/or several vehicles, there's even a bike ramp to off load your bike! In the attached garage you'll find a beach cart with 4 beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella, etc that you can wheel right across the street to the beach! (The beach access is about 500 feet from the house).The pool is located in the huge, private, fenced in back yard along with a grill, patio furniture and lounge chairs for those relaxing days/evenings at the pool.
