We have also included for your convenience a blender, drip coffee maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, electric kettle, electric mixer, and waffle maker. Cookware, serving pieces, flatware, utensils, dinnerware, glassware and even plastic ware for poolside dining, have all been included. If you are looking to eat-in, we have provided all the things you will need to prepare an unbelievable meal! The breakfast room overlooks the pool and offers a beautiful counter height table with seating for 8, for your informal meals and snacks. For those that like to dine alfresco, a poolside dining table is set up on the covered lanai.brbrRelaxing Inside and Out: In our large, bright family room we have a massive sectional seating arrangement that offers two over-sized recliners and a huge reclining chaise. There are no bad seats in this room. All offer extremely comfortable viewing areas of the 75' QLED-HD flat screen SMART TV with over 300 channels, streaming device, a Blu-ray player and a large collection of movies for your enjoyment. A ceiling fan provides additional air circulation for the room. This room looks out onto our covered lanai and pool deck with access via a large sliding glass door.brbrFor those looking for a place to enjoy quiet conversation, reading or those that need a work space (isn't this a vacation ), we offer a beautifully appointed den. With a comfy sofa and chair, multiple end tables, lamps, and a desk, this room is a great multi-use room for a quiet escape. Not only does the fan look amazing but it also helps provide a gentle breeze for those seeking the cooling shade of the lanai as a respite from the warm Florida sun! The outside living space has been expanded to include an extended patio for grilling up tasty meals on the large stainless steel gas barbecue grill. There is a 47 LCD TV with access to Digital Cable and streaming device, mounted under the covered lanai. The salt water pool and spa can be heated for an additional fee. brbrOur laundry room features an extra large capacity HE top load washer and extra large capacity HE dryer. Additionally a large drying rack, steam iron, and ironing board are provided.brbrSecurity Camera Disclosure:brOur home is monitored by four exterior mounted cameras that record both video and audio. Camera 1 is mounted at the garage and covers the parking area and street. Camera 2 is mounted at the entry and covers the door and walkway. Camera 3 is mounted at the front corner of the house and covers the front yard, street and walkway. Camera 4 is mounted at the front corner of the house and covers the side yard and pool equipment.

For your privacy, the villa is located within The Sanctuary gated community part of West Haven and is only accessible by coded entry. The villa is self catering but does come with a few basic limited number of starter supplies of toilet roll, soap, dishwasher tabs, washing tabs, bin liners, etc in place for when you arrive but it is likely that you may need to purchase replacements as/when needed for the duration of your stay. brbrEnjoy a relaxing swim in your very own private south facing pool which has the sun shining from morning 'till night or have some fun in our games room. The pool & spa (which is not a hot tub or jacuzzi and utilises the pool water circulation system) has solar powered heating as standard which generally takes the chill off of the water in the winter months (& can get to well over 80 in the summer), but is dependant on the sun making an appearance and the climate conditions prevailing at the time, so the optional additional electric pool water heating (UK £12.50 per day) is something you may wish to consider for the water in the pool and spa as this will raise the temperature (but not to that of a bath!). This is on a timer so comes on at circa 7.30 am and then goes off at circa 8.30 pm so may take an hour or so to start feeling the benefit first thing in the morning until it then gets into the 80s. brThe Sanctuary is situated in a prime location, and in average traffic, is approx 15/20 minutes from the Disney parks & numerous golf courses. At ChampionsGate, just 2 miles away (3/5 minutes) and always passed if leaving the I4 on route back to the villa, there are a selection of outlets and to name a few - Wendys, Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chili's Mexican, Millers Ale House, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, Subway, McDonalds, Chinese (take away), Italian (eat in & take away), Publix supermarket, Walgreens pharmacy, a hairdressers, 7-Eleven and 2 petrol stations and lots more in the growing Champions Gate complex. Continue passed West Haven & The Sanctuary for approx 3/4 mile to the junction of Highway 27 where you will find many more establishments for eating and local shops along the US27.
