This bedrooom has it's own bathroom.brThe other 2 rooms are equipped with 2 twin size beds respectively and share the 3rd bathroom.brbrAll bathrooms have hair driers available. brIn our kitchen you will find everything you need: dishes, utensils, cups, pots and pans.brThe pool deck is screened to protect it from bugs, and it offers a roofed seating area.brPool heating and propane for the BBQ are available for an additional charge.brThis property is NOT pet friendly. This is a protective mechanism to prevent the pool pump from breaking by over exhausting to compensate for the cooler weather. In this case, the water temperature will indeed fall. Heat will automatically restart once the outside temperature reaches 50°F. Please note there are no refunds provided when this situation occurs. Pool/Spa heating is only available Oct 1 through April 30th.brbr No Smoking: brbrSmoking of any kind is not allowed on the property (including Vape). A cleaning fee of USD $350.00 plus tax will be assessed to any guest violating the smoking policy to cover extra costs for sanitizing the home. brbrNo Pets: brbrPets are not allowed in the home. If a pet is in the home, the guests will be asked to vacate the property without a refund. Heat will automatically restart once the outside temperature reaches 50°F. Please note there are no refunds provided when this situation occurs. Pool/Spa heating is only available Oct 1 through April 30th.brbr No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the property (including Vape).
