From usd150/week,Pool/SPA,Huge Lanai, No Rear Neighbors,8 TVs,WiFi,Club House

I was not satisfied with the water not being hot in the upstairs showersAlso the pool and spa was not heated although it was paid to be turned on.The maintenance personnel came out and couldn't get the hot water running.I also let them know.about the pool and spa, but was told to wait a few more hours because it turn off at night and needs time to heat up...it never didNo one came out i guess because of Christmas. But my stay wasn't as i expected because of these factors

The host never responded to our calls or emails over the amenities . From TV’s not working, no hot water in bathrooms, mildew stains on toilet seats, mildew on AC vents, dirty dishwasher and not working properly, broken pool table, dirty outdoor furniture and dead roach on floor. To name the least.

Besides a few blinds missing and the screen door to the pool not locking EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! THE SPACE WAS SPACIN' THE POOL WAS POOLIN' THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND THE COMMUNITY HOUSE WAS EXCELLENT!! We had to deal with typical FL weather but overall we came to have a memorable vacation and THAT IS WHAT WE DID!

Some attention needs to be made to some items. I contacted property manager via email and phone with no response. Hot tub did not actually heat, dishwasher would not work, and ice dispenser on fridge did not work. Location is very convenient for whatever the plans for the area are- Disney, restaurants, and shopping.

We stayed at this rental from 3/31 to 4/6. we arrived to the house being over 80 and after calling guest services emailing the owners, we were lied to daily and forced to sit in the sweltering house everyone with our dogs with the promise that an AC tech was coming. We lost thousands of dollars in Disney and discovery cove tickets because every day we were told that we could not leave the house because we needed to wait there for the technician to come in, and were lied to daily by Ann and guest services. Once the technician did show up on Wednesday , he said that he was going to be fixing the unit as it was completely broke and that the owner told him to replace both the first floor unit and the second floor unit and 20 minutes later, he told me that he had to leave and he couldn’t replace it because there was a financial issue. The owner continued to tell me that everything was OK and he would be back on Thursday or Friday to fix the AC units. Upon speaking to the technician Thursday night, I found out that the reason he was not able to replace the units was because the owner had not giving him the down payment. In the owner of the rental refused to give me any of my money back, even though our whole vacation was ruined, and she continued to lie to me every day saying that the technician was gonna fix it when she was definitely not fixing anything without payment. She has the house up for sale online and lied in her post saying the AC units were replaced in 2018!!!

Worked well with 8 guys. The spa also worked very well once it was turned on.

The neighborhood was great, conditions of the house not so much. It wasn’t clean and there was damage and bugs ( dead) but there nonetheless and the Televisions why bother they were the size of an iPad screen. We communicate with the owners about damages to property after storm and they assured us that everything was ok but the back screen panel was still missing.

To start the trip off they expect u to keep house at 73 degrees in Orlando heat if u lower it they say pipes will bust and they will charger u .. nowhere did it mention that prior to booking or I would of passed on this property the photos are old don’t stay here if u wanna play pool or go in the so called game room it smells of mold and table is ripped stains all over the place outlets are missing covers pillows are flat like a pancake and they are yellow full of stains The 1st night I arrived after spending the whole day at Disney I just wanted to soak after in the tub well I couldn’t broken jets in master bedroom suite I contacted them was there a week and never did it get fixed towels are ripped and dingy not white they like a off white the shower head has all kinds of yellow stuff on it it’s pretty gross outside there must be a leak hot tub u turn it on and it drains out no heat in the jacuzzi added expense not posted on listing though NO LIGHTS IN THE ROOMS just lamps I have been waiting to write this review they said they would refund me some money still haven’t heard from them definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone it’s a big house that can accommodate a big party but needs some new pillows and towels absolutely disgusting They kept telling me I didn’t follow rules contact the property manager but I told them if they set the house up every week they know what it looks like they should provide decent place to lay ya head down at night

Perfect location. So much space to have dinners together and hang out. Kid friendly. Overall, really enjoyed it.

ok roomie house, but TV reception needs to be addressed

Check in process was smooth, entered to a nice and clean vacation home. Had all basic needs, kids enjoyed the pool. Listing was accurate, overall enjoyed my stay here!

We take a family vacation each summer. Our stay in this home was great. This was our 2nd time in this home and we were very pleased both times.

Best part was the pool. Lots of beds but some were unsleepable. Was only surface cleaned, needs deep cleaning. House needs updating. Shower heads need cleaning or replaced. Drains need unclogging. Replaced a shower liner ourselves. Windows dirty. Sat on sofa and couldn’t get out. Shelves in fridge broken, seal in dishwasher kept coming off. Phone did not work the entire month we were there. Property management was nonexistent. No large frying pan for family of 10. Large house for large families but needs much updating. Good location, enjoyed Disney
