The kitchen has plenty of storage and is fully equipped dishes, coffee maker, toaster, silverware, pot/pans etc. There is a dining area off of the kitchen. A 75 tv in the living room and a 50 in the main bedroom. Both are Samsung. The balcony is accessible through sliding doors from the LR and directly faces the water. Most units in Grand Venezia do not have a balcony and those that do generally do not face the water.
