Beautiful Remodeled 4 bed / 2 bath house w/ Pool

The property was perfect for our family with just the right amount space and beds. The pool was nice even though it was a little too cold to swim. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.

The pool was enjoyed by everyone . We all noticed how clean the water was and have decided it must have been a saline-tuoe pool and not chlorine bc it was so soft!! My husband wanted to create a fun vacation for our adu daughters and their families and this was the perfect place for it. A room for each daughter and their husband/boyfriend, a room for my 3 yr old grandson and a room.foe me and my husband. We didn't have to worry about making a quick grocery store run for the necessities as Brad provided toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap , dishwasher detergent..and even shampoo and conditioner AND laundry soap and fabric softener. There was a variety of pool toys for my grandson to enjoy and a grill my son-in -law used to grill a few nights. We enjoyed sitting out in the screened in area outside with the pool. It was very relaxing and fun watching the cute little Florida squirrels, tiny little ones compared to our bigger Illinois squirrels. It is conveniently located , a short 20 minute drive to Clear Water beaches. We went to 3 and our favorite was the Sand Key beach. We also went to the Tampa aquarium one afternoon and took a ferry to Tortoise Island another morning. My grandson enjoyed both and was especially excited to spot a few dolphins and a tortoise during our Tortoise Island adventure. This home was perfect for my family and we created many life-long memories !

We had a great time at this residence. The weather was perfect for suntans and pool time. Shopping was very close and numerous. Communications with owner were addressed quickly. Overall great rental for a few people and families.

House was as advertised. Our stay was short, but enjoyable.

This is an amazing property. We were in town for a funeral and the owner was very understanding and accommodating to our situation. Would definitely rent again and enjoy a staycation at the home with family!

The experience was great! We got to enjoy a lot of family time. The pool definitely got its use from all of us. Everything was easy to find in the house. Would most definitely book again with them!
