Clearwater Beach Bungalow Steps from the sand! Private Heated Pool!

The most perfect beach bungalow! This house was perfect for us. The location is perfect; right on the beach and walkable to some restaurants and coffee shops. We had a 3 and 5 year old with us and the fence around the pool was such a nice added safety measure for little ones. The pool is great, my kids could have stayed in there for hours (and did!). The host thinks of everything -- and more! She was a great communicator, so welcoming and accessible, and even understanding when my kids accidentally rang the Ring doorbell multiple times. We would love to come back and stay here, we had such an amazing time! Cannot recommend this house enough!

Great location and wonderful home.

I don’t normally leave reviews but Caroline and Rich went above and beyond. We had the best trip at this house. First the property is as close the beach as we have ever stayed as it is the first house from the beach which was great for our 2 toddlers and my mother in law. Also the 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom was great for our setup as my mother in law could have her own suite while we could have my only family in the main house. The gate around the pool was an added safety measure we appreciated with toddlers. The pool shed had everything you needed for beach including wagon and a brand new tent we used for the first time. The biggest benefit for this house is the owners. When we arrrived, there were sweets and pastries from a local shop. Our first night there, our toddlers managed to somehow lock the doors from the outside and lock us out of different rooms but Rich immediately showed up with a key so we could open the doors when they did it again (they did). The second night—no fault of their own the air conditioning stopped working. Rich showed up immediately to fix it while we went to dinner. However, when we went to get a check out meal was paid for. Caroline and Rich paid for our meal for the inconvenience the broken air conditioner caused,which was completely unnecessary. By the time we arrived home, Rich had fixed the AC and it was completely cooled. We will certainly return to the Beach Bungalow!

What a wonderful beach vacation with the family! The cottage is perfect and the pool house was great! Loved the location, furnishings, and pool with waterfall!

This house is truly the perfect beach house! It’s a few steps to the beach right out the front door! Our boys enjoyed the pickle ball courts across the street! We were able to walk everywhere so no need to rent a car! Caroline is an absolute gem to communicate with! We will 100000% be back!!

We were extremely pleased with our while stay. The house was perfect and just as pictured. The communication was phenomenal the whole stay. Definitely recommend!!
