The design offers an open concept with high ceilings and accommodations with both formal and casual areas for entertaining and relaxing. There are two large living areas to enjoy. The well equipped kitchen includes everything you need for meal preparation and lots of counter space to cook. We have toaster, blender, mixer, Keurig and regular coffee pot. About every device and utensil you can think of to make any kind of meal you want. We have the house stocked with lots of towels, pool towels and beach bags, chairs, beach wagon so no need to pack those. Washer and dryer in laundry room. Sliding doors give access to the lanai and pool. We are a quick 15 minutes by boat to the Caloosahatchee river ideal for boaters wanting to cruise to the beach, restaurants or for fishing. See the wildlife in the waters, sightings of dolphins and manatees are common. brWe have kayaks and games as well as pool noodles, tubes. WiFi and internet access included. There is a desk available in bedroom number 2 for privacy for those needing to work while visiting our home. brSituated in the Country Club area of Cape Coral, this Villa is just a few minutes drive to many delicious restaurants, several with live music. I have a long list of activities to keep your family busy as you want to be. The Yacht Club beach area also just a few minutes away. brIf you like to play golf there are multiple courses nearby to choose from. brWe also have a fishing guide who can take you out on his boat by the hour..... not only to fish but will take you to a beach for shelling and even a stop for lunch. Your choice of activities. Lots of fun!brFort Myers Int'l Airport is only 25 minutes away or Punta Gorda Airport is only about 40 minutes. brWe keep our pool heated to 83-85 degrees during the winter months for our guests and have a pool cover to help keep it warmer overnight. We do charge an electrical fee to help cover expense. Usually runs $80-$130/week depending on weather and outdoor temps.
