Pool home w/ outdoor TV! Close to AMI beaches, IMG, parks, boat launches, shops!

From the second we booked this property for our last minute spring break trip, nothing was short of amazing. The communication with Kate, the owner, helped us plan what our trip was going to look like once we arrived. The home has been updated to feel new, the attention to detail with the amenities and decor was very appreciated. The home had EVERYTHING to be able to hop out of the car and get our vacation started (after our trip to Publix for groceries :-).The guide the owner provided for restaurants, places to visit, mainly the beach tips, helped us so much! The beds were very comfortable and having a washer and dryer to keep up on laundry made coming back home so nice. We would happily stay at this property again and have already recommended this property to friends and family! Would 10/10 recommend! Thanks again, Kate!

The house is amazing and they have done a great job in having literally everything you would need. The house is furnished very nice and the beds are very comfortable. Their linens are soft and the kitchen has everything you would need. The pool area is a tranquil, relaxing spot. The owners are so lovely, accommodating and responsive. Can’t say enough about this home. They also own the house next-door, which has everything this one does and is also an amazing place to stay. We ended up staying in both houses.

This little home is just amazing! You can tell the property owner takes pride and makes sure that you and your family are pleased with everything. Anything you need to cook to barbecue to spend a day at the beach? It’s just there for you and your family to have a great time, You don’t have to worry about nothing. The home is extremely clean and the pool was just perfect. I have nothing to say but great things totally recommend!

Not only did the host save us in such a chaotic mess with another rental that was atrocious, but she was so sweet the entire way! The house was beyond anything we expected and had absolutely everything we needed AND more! The stay was flawless. I want nothing more than to figure out another trip with the family and book here again!!!

This lovely home was perfect for our getaway with grandparents, parents and grandchildren. Six of us stayed in the home and the layout was so perfect and met all of our needs. The home was in a good location and was well stocked with pool toys, beach items and and many different options for outdoor dining and pool activities. Great communication with the owners.

I cannot say enough about this property and host! Over the years our family has used many vacation rental properties; none have had the attention to hosting detail that this one did. You will want for nothing here- anything you can think of has been provided. Even the ‘starter’ amounts of basic necessities like soaps, paper products, etc are generous and of quality. The home itself is spacious, beautifully decorated and appointed, and located in a quiet neighborhood within a mile of Publix, gas stations, etc. Anna Maria Island is 15 minutes away- Bean Point Beach was spectacular! But the pool and lanai provide so much indoor/outdoor living you won’t want to go elsewhere. Also, the retention pond behind the property provides privacy between the neighboring yards and attracts a fantastic array of bird friends to observe. It was a mini nature preserve to watch over morning coffee. Love love love this place-12 out of 10! ?

We just left here from a week long stay and it was fantastic! The home is exactly as pictured and made us feel like we were at home while on vacation. The home is equiped with everything you need plus more, which was great as. We didn't have to pack a lot of extra items. The owners were great and very quick to respond to any questions we had both before and during our stay. The house was also very close to the island as well as close to grocery and restaurants which made it super convenient and easy to get to anywhere we needed. My husband and I had 3 teenage boys with us who loved having the pool to swim in the evenings after we returned each day, as well as the games provided at the house. We will definitely be back and stay here again!

From even before our trip, Katie was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me with a reservation; needless to say, communication was top-notch. The house is as described, the pool was clean and had plenty of pool toys. Kitchen was well-stocked with almost anything you could need! Plenty of beach towels were available, plus chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Amenities are less than a five-minute drive away. We would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great time at this property. The location is an easy drive to the beach, the grocery store is close by, and most of all the house is well maintained and stocked! The kids had a great time in the pool and enjoyed the ping pong, foosball, and darts in the garage. The owner was easy and quick to communicate with and was very accommodating. We’d stay here again!
