It has a King size bed, Queen bed and a pullout couch, full kitchen and one bathroom. There is basic cable, WIFI, and utilities are included in the rental price. NO pets and no smoking.brbrThe condo is at Tortuga Inn which is a popular resort condo/hotel. It offers private beach access with chairs included within my HOA. Two pools onsite and cover parking as an option. Parking is not assigned, it's first come first serve. The room is on the top floor so no noisy upper neighbors. This property is tastefully decorated with colors and style designed to help you relax. Two parking passes are provided, the island is very walkable. Walk to the boardwalk in the early morning and enjoy your coffee while watching dolphins. Later in the day walk to the beach and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
