Glass doors slide bropen to the lanai. The second bedroom is located upstairs and has a separate bath with shower. Great for putting distance between you and your houseguests. In addition, there is a large open study on the second floor which has a queen size sleeper sofa perfect for guests and extended family as well as an area to do some bookwork. There is a den on the first floor as well which has another convertible sofa bed , a flat-screen TV, a door to an additional bath with a shower, and french doors which open to the main living area. The kitchen features granite countertops and a custom backsplash, a breakfast bar and an eating area. There is a separate dining room with seating for six. The living room is open and spacious with a vaulted ceiling and a wall of sliding glass doors which open onto the lanai with the private pool, plenty of seating, and a beautiful view outside. The outdoor sink and built-in gas barbecue serve as a nice compliment for outdoor dining and entertaining. There is a separate laundry room and an attached 2 car garage.
