Our single family home is located in a private golf club community known as Spring Run and we are positioned within the residential area called The Brooks in Estero, Florida. Whether playing an enjoyable round of golf, lounging pool side, eating a great meal in our dining room, or just gathering at the remodeled 20,000 square foot clubhouse, there are exceptional amenities to enjoy. The excellent facilities at the Spring Run Golf Club include the newly renovated clubhouse , the recently redesigned golf course, four har tru tennis courts, two ClayTech bocce courts, a remodeled fitness center, a practice range, a spacious swimming pool, and complimentary enrichment activity programs.

Not everyone has the opportunity to take advantage of the The Commons Club at The Brooks. We have one of a limited number of Gold Memberships which is available to our guests. The Commons Club at The Brooks is a member owned club situated in a tranquil park-like setting nearby. The club features a 10,000 square foot Health & Lifestyle Center, a private lakeside restaurant, and a private beach club located on Little Hickory Island. Reserve a grill and a gazebo for a fun outing or order from the snack bar while taking in the panoramic view or watching the spectacular sunset. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. The membership also includes a state of the art fitness center with a pool. Personal training and many fitness classes are available. 7 brand new top of the line pickleball courts have recently been completed and the Enrichment Center is currently being revitalized.


Picture yourself soaking up the sunshine while lounging on our lanai, enjoying cocktails or an outdoor barbecue while you watch the kids or grandkids swimming in the private pool. We are ideally located just 15-20 minutes from RSW airport on Coconut Road near old 41, north of Naples. It's just a short bike ride or walk to Coconut Point Town Center and a short drive to numerous shopping spots like Miramar Outlets and The Promenade at Bonita Bay. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby. Stop by Coconut Jack's or Doc's Beach House on your way to or from The Beach Club. Paddleboards, kayaks and boat rentals are also available along Bonita Beach Road.

The home has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Dens featuring a private master suite with a kingsize bed, TV and ensuite bath with double sinks, separate shower, water closet, tub, and a walk-in closet. Glass doors slide
open to the lanai. The second bedroom is located upstairs and has a separate bath with shower. Great for putting distance between you and your houseguests. In addition, there is a large open study on the second floor which has a queen size sleeper sofa perfect for guests and extended family as well as an area to do some bookwork. There is a den on the first floor as well which has another convertible sofa bed , a flat-screen TV, a door to an additional bath with a shower, and french doors which open to the main living area. The kitchen features granite countertops and a custom backsplash, a breakfast bar and an eating area. There is a separate dining room with seating for six. The living room is open and spacious with a vaulted ceiling and a wall of sliding glass doors which open onto the lanai with the private pool, plenty of seating, and a beautiful view outside. The outdoor sink and built-in gas barbecue serve as a nice compliment for outdoor dining and entertaining. There is a separate laundry room and an attached 2 car garage. All utilities are included. 6 month + 1 day stays will be exempt from the additional Florida state and tourist taxes totaling 11.5%.
