Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We often do renting of apartments or houses during our vacation. This was one of the best houses we ever had. Everything which is necessary or which is only nice to have was there. It is a great location, close to shopping opportunities and the sea, totally clean and quiet. We have no suggestions for improvements and we had a wonderful time. A big thank you also to the team, who help us quickly when there was a question.

Property was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Spent a lot of time on the lanai area and grilled out a lot. Lots of room to sit and relax in the living space. Property management was responsive and checked on us a couple times to make sure things were going well. One suggestion would be to update the king mattress and sheets (didn’t use the other bedroom). The mattress was a little in the lumpy side and the sheets did not stay in well due to elastic showing some wear.

Can't beat the location either. Many shopping and dining options and the beaches are basically 'around the corner'. Definitely one of the best spots we have ever stayed at in Florida!

We were pleased with the inside of the unit and the patio. Also was located close to beaches and restaurants. Be aware the pool isn’t heated, as noted in the description. The property that these villas are in isn’t anything fancy, nor is the neighborhood. Could definitely used some outside maintenance on the overall property. This villa was one of the best maintained outdoors. Also you have to pick up keys from one location and then your parking pass from another. Drop off for both as well, so not really convenient.
