The pool situated to the right edge of the building. we are not directly over the pool ensuring a little more quiet although i have yet to see anyone else out there. brbr You'll have access to our ground floor storage unit with all of your beach needs including the beach wagon to carry chairs, umbrellas, noddles, boogie boards, and children toys. which makes life much easier and there is an outdoor hose by the pool to help rinse it off each day. Beach towels are provided in the linen closets.brbrWe are located about 1 mile from Doc's beach bar that also serves breakfast. We like to walk that on the beach while spotting dolphins, watching the pelicans fly overhead in formation and check out all the spectacular beachfront houses!! Its also fun to walk down there where people can grab a drink and sit on the beach for sunset, but we mostly pack up our own party and walk across the street every night till the sun goes down. brbrOur favorite spots are THE BAY HOUSE for great dining and music nightly. Some people (me) even get their dance on on the small dace floor. brCoconut Jacks is always a winner for casual delicious lunch and dinner food, good drinks and a wonderful staff with great outdoor seating too. You have to valet your car but its so packed you'll be happy you don't have to deal with parking. brbrSneaky Pete's on Bonita Beach road is a honky tonk style bar with live bands on the weekends. brbrTiki Bar is cute and adjacent to a safari putt putt!!! There's a big entertainment center providing separation between the Living area and bedroom, creating better privacy for those who want to sleep in. The couch in the living room is fairly wide so it's comfortable for 1 person to sleep on. I've provided all the conveniences of home, including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and cart for your days at the beach. There are 2 tennis rackets for those who want to use the tennis courts. The laundry room is close by as well. You'll also find a lot of good eats within walking distance that have great happy hours! :)brWhether you chose to stay in and watch movies on the big flat screen, play games (there's a few board games and cards), do puzzles, picnic on the beach, play tennis, go for a bike ride or take a kayak out (available for rent for a small fee)…you've got everything you need to do it all! AND if it's not there, just ask…whatever I can do to make your stay more comfortable, fun and relaxing, I will do my best! Sixth-floor view of Gulf and River with spectacular sunsets and sunrises from clear glass patio windows, huge heated pool. Three tennis courts, (no extra fees) two gas grills, car wash, basketball half court and docks Bayside. Great fishing on docks. Free Wifi at Pool. Quiet office meeting area/library. My parking spot is in front of the elevator. Watch the river traffic from my computer desk by the Bayside patio doors. Gated community. Full sized bed and couch bed. Most beachfront condos have condos behind them on bayside-riverside. The sixth floor of E building lets you see over the coconut trees. There are many videos about Seascape of Little Hickory Island, Bonita Springs, Florida on YouTube. Absolutely no smoking, no vaping and no pets in my condo nor anywhere on the Community grounds, including the docks. Check in fee of $75 paid to Manager. Only one month rentals for January and March 2020, I am using my condo February and April 2020 and October 15 through December 31, 2019. One week minimum stays the rest of the year. As a long time owner, I am one of the few who can have weekly rentals.
