Southwest-facing home: sunny, modern, lake-view - Pelican Landing / Palm colony

We had a wonderful time at Joerg and Sarah's condo in Pelican Landing. It was immaculate and very spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed.Joerg was very communicative from the time we booked to our check-in at the condo and throughout our stay.Would stay there again if it is available.

This property was beautiful. It was pristine and well stocked with all we could possibly need. The owner offered to help in any way it was needed, however, there was nothing that ever went wrong. This was the nicest property we have ever stayed in!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful coach home in Bonita Springs. The furnishings are up to date and comfortable. The owners were wonderful to deal with. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Our stay was perfectly prepared. Already before our vacation started we had a very nice contact to the owner. He was very helpful to arrange our holidays as convenient as possible. He gave us a lot of informations about the property, the location and amenities. When we arrived everything was well arranged and we were perfectly informed about everything. The property was very clean and well maintained and the listing photos reflect accurately the rental´s appearence, but in reality everything was even much nicer. We felt so comfortable there. The pool is in 1 min walking distance and the tennis courts in 5 min. In 5 - 10 min you reach shopping malls ( Miromar - very nice shopping experiences), restaurants ( Bonefish-grill- very delicious, Mel´s Diner - tasty burger) and supermarkets by car. Hickory island is wonderful. The way to get there is already a great pleasure. Yes, we really appreciate the condo and we recommend it to friends and relatives. They'll love it!!!

Hidden Treasures found by snowbirds from Germany After 10 years vacation in SW Florida we found an absolute highlight for our 4 weeks in prestigious Pelikan Landing - the most wonderful gated community in Bonita! The beautifully decorated town house in Palm Colony has a garage and bicycles and the screened lanai overlooking fountain and preserve. The house offers elegance and quiet, everything you need for a perfect rest. Pelican Landing is noted for its fabulous amenities. The pool is only a few steps away, there are miles of walking and biking trails, a lighted Hydro Clay tennis courts, and a canoe and kayak park ,all complimentary with our stay. Best of all is the spectacular private 34-acre gulf beach park ,complete with restrooms, a picnic area, chairs and umbrellas, also complimentary for guests in Pelikan Landing. The location of this wonderful vacation home provides the best of golf, restaurants, shopping, and beaches that Southwest Florida has to offer and all that only 20 minutes from Southwest Florida Airport. We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo in April 2009. The description and pictures perfectly match reality. We felt very comfortable during the time we spent over there. The condo is well furnished, clean and well-maintained and doesen't leave any wishes open. There are beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage which we took to explore the beaches around Bonita Springs. Shopping malls with restaurants and supermarkets are close to Pelican Landing.

We spent in summer 2008 there very enjoyable weeks. Perfect Location, very comfortable even for a long stay. Very valuable furnished in a top condition and staffed with lot´s of high tech equipment. The location itself inside Pelican Landing with its privacy presents a luxury spirit. Excellent facilities like tennis, fitnesscenter and waterfun. Housekeeping and the owner are vey professional. Congratulations to this perfect place to be. No question 5 stars.

This unit is a gem. It is nicely furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. The photos are an accurate description of the current look of the condo. The garage is spacious. Two bicycles are provided and we've enjoyed riding throughout the community. The owners are very cooperative and attentive. Pelican Landing is a great community. There are free kayaks, a shuttle to the beach, where lounges and umbrellas are provided, available tennis and a community center that includes exercise machines and bocce courts. .Pelican Landing is conveniently located close to shopping. We've stayed in Pelican Landing previously and this unit is our favorite. We will be returning.
