It has a large drive and off street parking for up to 3 cars.brThe house has large fully fitted kitchen with integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, 2 ovens and induction hob. There is a utility room with a washer/dryer for your use and a wine cooler fridge.brThere is a large open plan lounge and dining area. The lounge has 48 smart TV with Virgin media.brThere is a large master bedroom and ensuite with double shower. The second bedroom has an ensuite. There are 2 further bedrooms. There is a large house bathroom. All the bedrooms have a digital TV. There is a private south facing garden with Brand New 7 seater Hot Tub and garden sofa and table. PLEASE NOTE The hot Tub is an additional 300.00 per stay. The hot tub and garden is only available up to 10pm due to the close proximity to our neighbours.br.We live next door and will welcome you and help you familiarise yourself with the accommodation. We will be around throughout your stay for any help you may need.brWe have a folding single Z bed and can provide an extra air mattresses if required for more guests. We also have a Hauck Travel Cot which is suitable for children from Newborn to 3 years and a highchair.brbrThe House is situated in a small village with a lovely local traditional pub, a small supermarket, fish and chip shop and Indian restaurant.
