The balcony is furnished for al fresco dining. The living area is tastefully furnished with a nautical theme white New England style modern furniture and oak strip flooring, giving a contemporary feel. The dining area has a glass and white trestle table with six white dining chairs with paintings and lifebuoy as a backdrop. An attractive glass and wood vestibule to the side of the house has a beautiful, tiled floor whilst a fabulous wet room is at the rear of the vestibule, ideal for rinsing away the sand under the showers when you have just come back from the beach. The living area benefits from a wood burner set in a part exposed stone and brick alcove with a slate hearth. The dining table offers seating for ten, great for getting together to discuss plans for the next day's activities over an evening meal and a glass of wine. The triple-aspect kitchen space has been thoughtfully designed with granite worktops, contemporary white units and stone tile flooring. French doors open out onto the split-level patio terrace complete with an outdoor table, perfect for al fresco eating. A series of terrace lawns landscape the hill (so take care with young children on the slopes).
