We are conveniently located off Route 1 in Rehoboth across the street from the Seaside Outlet center and less than a mile from Jungle Jim's Water park. Restaurants within walking distance include the Crab House, IHOP, and Taste of Italy(all within a 5 minute walk). Nike and Under Armour outlets are on the same side of the highway as well. There is a DART shuttle stop in front of The Palms that can take you to the beach, movies, outlets or many other locations. See www.beachbus.com for more information. Shuttles depart every 15- 20 minutes to most locations and run from early morning until late evening. It is only a 5 minute drive (depending on traffic) to downtown Rehoboth, the beach and boardwalk (check their website for schedules).
