There is a large primary bedroom on the first floor that overlooks and opens separately to the pool. It features a spa-style bath with a double headed shower, an adjustable king-sized bed with premium posturepedic mattress, and large screen TV with surround sound.

Leading to the lower and upper levels is a custom sculptural floating staircase. The light-filled lower level features 1500 sq feet of entertaining space, including a custom well-equipped wet bar, billiards, foosball, and a game table, half-bath, outside egress to the large grassy backyard area, and a lounge area with two flat screen TVs.
