Great place

My host was very quick with all communication and helpful . His house is wonderful, so I clean, all the amenities you could ever want. Location is so close to the stores, restaurants etc. and a doable walk to the beach. We went in Dec so it was not an issue.

Fantastic house! Beds comfy with bathroom in 3 of 4 bedrooms was awesome, plus a 4th bathroom., and shower outside! Modern kitchen and fully stocked equipment for serious cooking, baking and grilling.location perfect to town. Kevin the host extremely communicative and helpful.

This is my dream beach cottage if I ever were to have my own! It looks like a non-descript (but very well maintained) classic a-frame cottage from the curb with a great circle drive-way (can fit 3 cars!). But then you step into a amazing front porch with ceiling fans and an inside that has been completely renovated with no stone left unturned. This house had everything and was so much more spacious than I was expecting! And the location was just so perfect...could walk to almost everything and a 5-10 minute bike ride to everything else! The home was also pristine...so clean with everything we could possibly need plus so many amenities I was not expecting - drink fridge, separate ice-maker, beach chairs, bikes, outdoor shower, extra cozy blankets, ceiling fans everywhere...I could go on nd on! And Kevin was super responsive to all my questions as well.My husband and I stayed here with our 3 teenage kids and 2 additional teenagers. The setup, house & location, is just so perfect for a family with kids and friends. My favorite family beach vacation home ever! Thank you for a incredible vacation! I wish this was my house :)

So thankful to find this place after our reservation for another house was canceled on us last minute. House was clean and as pictured in the listing photos. Screened in front porch is perfect for relaxing and a contained space for little ones to play. (Not much of a place for play out front since State Street is quite busy.) Very well stocked kitchen, and the separate drink fridge and ice machine are great perks. Same with the All Clad pans, Viking oven, Speed Queen washer/dryer and tankless hot water heater - very nice touches for a rental. Kids love the bunk beds. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Kevin, the property owner, was extremely responsive via text. Easy check in/out. Only recommendation would be to either provide multiple sets of keys, or better yet, switch to a keypad for the front door. Keypad would be much more convenient for multiple families sharing the house, not to mention more secure. Overall though, had a great week in ‘the bubble’! Thank you!

It's a lovely house that is obviously well cared for and the owners took care in remodeling and decorating to accommodate many guests comfortably. We were a group of four friends visiting for a long weekend, so we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The location is great - an easy walk up Rehoboth Avenue to the boardwalk and beach or wander through the neighborhood. I would definitely stay at the house again!

Beautiful home with amazing amenities! The home has a fully stocked kitchen and is updated with an ice maker and beverage refrigerator. The location is perfect, quiet street with only a short walk to great restaurants!

Recently stayed here with some friends for a get together in March. Perfect location to all that downtown Rehoboth Beach has to offer. Very nice property and easy check in and check out with excellent communication with property owner. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful girls weekend at this property. Great location, within walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants and beach. The cottage was just as described. We will definitely be staying here again

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The cottage was immaculately clean, with a fully equipped kitchen that made meal prep a breeze if you were inclined. Three full bathrooms were a lifesaver with a family in tow. The host went above and beyond and was always available if needed. With its convenient location and welcoming atmosphere, we couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. The family is already looking forward to our next visit.

the house was absolutely beautiful and kevin couldn’t have been a better host!! every detail was as described and the 6 of us couldn’t have been happier! we are 2 sisters who each have 2 daughters, and we have been “doing” this annual outing for many years. we now gather from ny, ma, fl, and va. if we decide to return to rehoboth again, this will definitely be our #1 choice of where to relax and enjoy our time together!

Very happy with our stay, there were several bikes we took advantage of those, location was great just outside of the action on the main strip so nice quiet neighborhood, but easy walk to the boardwalk/beach. Would definitely recommend, I felt it was even better than the photos, main area was nice and open it was perfect for our group. I would point out the only negative was there was not an accessible shower for my husband’s grandmother with limited mobility..

We had the best stay for our family vacation. The house was as described and as pictured, it was very clean upon arrival, and very cozy. Our kids loved the murphy beds in particular! It was an easy walk to the boardwalk but set back enough to be quiet and peaceful.

This cottage has an amazing location as well as complementary bicycles that you can use to get all things great about Rehoboth. The house is immaculate and updated perfectly. Also, the property manager was incredibly gracious.
