Stayed Aug 21, 2024The property manager did not provide access codes until we were walking out the door to drive to Rehobeth; did not have to be that stressful. The main TV in the living room was a large screen smart TV which we could not access. We contacted the property manager who was totally unhelpful. Overall a nice property made unpleasant by poor management.

Stayed Aug 8, 2022We really enjoyed our stay. The property was immaculate. Check in was easy and it is conveniently located for anywhere you'd like to go. Previous reviews mentioned an ant problem. We didn't see any nor was there any other insect problem. Seems like that issue was taken care of. The condo is fully stocked with flatware, silverware, spices etc. Joseph was a pleasure to deal with. My only complaint is the 9am checkout time. I'm sure if we really needed to stay later we could have worked it out. Just more use to a 10am or 11am check out. Not a big deal though. We would definitely stay again

Stayed Jul 25, 2022Very nice town house in a nice development about a mile from the beach easy access bicycles in the garage were an added delight we used them a lot Pool area in complex was nice The beach and boardwalk was awesome lots of great places to eat and some cool stores We will definitely return!!! Our host was awesome very responsive the house had everything you needed and more

Stayed May 27, 2022My husband and I brought our 2 teenage daughters and their friends down for the weekend and we all had a great time! The renovations in the house were great and plenty of space for all of us - having each bedroom with its own bathroom is a plus! Beach was about 1.5 miles away, so the bikes left for us was a great addition to the home. Lots of great restaurants in the area and we even grilled one night. Thank you for a great weekend!
