Rehoboth Beach dog-friendly home w/ ocean view, central AC, & fast WiFi

Great location. Lots of chair on 1st floor for seating. Appreciated being able to bring dog. However, no hot water first day. This was a problem as we had planned to make meals during our stay for large family and needed to clean up. Water situation was finally resolved next day. If planning on using 3rd floor, note that steps are dangerous. 1st floor bathroom difficult for seniors to use. Whole house needs attention. Previous renters' linen was left on porch for duration.

The house is very close to the boardwalk and all of the fun stuff in Rehoboth. It is large enough to accommodate a lot of people, but the rooms are kind of odd with some very small bathrooms, an odd upstairs stairwell and some funky bedrooms. All in all though a great place for a short beach trip.

A very comfortable house for our extended family group of 12 (would have had room for a couple more kids) and our dog. Did all our cooking/dining at the house. Loved being right at the beach and virtually on Rehoboth Ave at the same time. We came in the winter for New Year's (3 days), but think that summer there would be just as fun.

This was a great spot for my 50th birthday weekend (four nights) with 12 of my friends. Everyone slept and showered comfortably, and the living area was a fantastic space for gathering and sharing meals. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the location on the beach block was amazing. Definitely recommend!

We had a nice stay in this house. The location is excellent and the pictures of the rooms set realistic expectations of everything. However, the house was very dirty. We know it’s at the of the very busy summer season, but this house is in a very desperate need of a very thorough deep cleaning. It seems like this house is quickly “surfaced” cleaned in between rentals. The floors in particular need to be scrubbed. We all needed to keep our shoes on at all times or our feet were instantly black. As the summer season is winding down, we’d greatly encourage you take the time for a thorough cleaning, with specific attention to the nooks and crannies of the bathrooms. As well as the floors throughout the home. Without this house being cleaned at a much higher standard it would be difficult for us to recommend this house to anyone else.

We had several adults and three dogs. Enjoyed the early mornings on Dewey Beach with the dogs.

The location is what sold us on the house so we didn’t care as much about the amenities but the house had everything we needed for our long weekend stay for 12 people. I would say the floors were filthy. I wouldn’t be surprised if those floors have never been cleaned. There could be some upgrades to the home but it didn’t affect our stay.

The house was in decent shape, but the couch was falling apart and not very comfortable. The teenagers didn't care. Location is very convenient to the boardwalk. Overall, a good place for a large group of undiscerning teens, but if you have older folks in your party that have trouble with stairs (or want to sit somewhere comfortably), there is only one bedroom on the ground floor so this might not be the best choice.

This is an old house that has not been updated or renovated enough to make this a comfortable, pleasant house to gather for a vacation week. Good location for sure, but would not rent this house again at 1/2 the price. I could go on and on, but what's the point.

Loved the location but the house is on need of multiple repairs, and we were on a first name basis with the local staff. If you are looking for a handicapped accessible first floor bathroom this is not the house for you. The room is not big enough to get around the bed to the handicap accessible bathroom.
