After the beach enjoy a swim in the community pool, play some tennis, and relax in this spacious villa. The first floor boasts a master suite, with walk-in closet, living room, dining room, kitchen including small appliances needed for any meal, laundry room, one-car storage garage, half bath, screened in porch, complete with outdoor furniture, and patio with grill. Upstairs has 1 master suite with a walk-in closet and balcony, complete with outdoor furniture, 3 additional bedrooms, a full bath and a newly installed tankless hot-water heater for continuous hot showers. Parking for 3+ cars is right outside the front door. Elizabeth’s Villa is minutes away from all local attractions. Dine in or eat out as there are many restaurants moments away on Route 1, downtown Rehoboth and adjacent to the community including Big Fish, Blue Coast, Thompson Island, and Fresh Market, Aldi's, and Giant for grocery and fully prepared meals. Don’t want to drive, you can also bike, walk or take the bus (DART) steps from the villa. Leave your beach chairs, and beach toys home, as they are also included for your convenience.
