6 Master Bedroom House - 2 Blocks to Beach

Very welcoming.

David was very attentive and answered all questions quickly! He made sure we knew about parking, access to linen and baby equipment rental, notified us that we could check in early or out later which we appreciated greatly as travelers. The property was in walking distance to all of the fun and great shopping and restaurants, and an easy walk to the beach. The bedrooms with en suites was the catch for us. We loved that everyone had privacy. We used clean sheets for towel and sheet rental and baby quip for baby supplies. They were both flawless. I recommend using Anastasia from baby quip needs, she was awesome and her products were super clean and of great quality. We love Rehoboth Beach and will return! We would stay with David again.

Great house in a convenient location!

The house is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the beach with restaurants and shops just a block away. It’s well-furnished and up-to-date. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking large family meals. Communication with David was seamless. He was responsive and helpful when needed. Overall, a solid choice for a beach getaway.

We had an absolutely wonderful week for a large multigenerational family. The location truly couldn’t be better. Beautiful quiet neighborhood but only steps away from the beach and boardwalk. The size of the house was perfect for 3 kids and all of the grownups and the two washers/dryers helped us keep the laundry under control and large living spaces made sure we never felt crowded. David was a perfect host, welcoming and attentive with great communication. Would highly recommend for families or a larger group.

Wonderful house with tons of space. Very comfortable! The best part of the house is its location, two blocks from town and two blocks from the beach!

My friends and our moms stayed at this beautiful home for a bachelorette getaway. We wanted a chill beach weekend with ease of access to the beach and main street for shopping and bars. This house gave us exactly that and more!! Check in and check out was so simple and our host David was helpful and responsive leading up to, and during, our stay. 10/10 recommend.

Sisters and few daughters spent a weekend at David's place, it was the perfect location for walking to shops, restaurants and brisk boardwalk stroll. The house had all the right amenities and just the right size for our group to enjoy a relaxing weekend. David was very accommodating to any of our request and I would highly recommend renting a property from him. A big thanks to David for the Maryland Ave. weekend we spent at his place, everyone had a wonderful time!

We were uncomfortable after an unannounced host visit to tell us what was posted on the fridge & routine given over 12 stays between us.

Everything was great. Location, property etc. it was just the right size for our annual family get together . if given the chance, our family will definitely return.

We had a marvelous stay. The property was perfect for our group to spend time together. The kitchen, dining & living space arrangement made it easy for everybody to mingle and chat. The bedrooms were comfortable and each having a private bath was very convenient. Proximity to town and beach was very comfortable for our group. Overall, we were all very satisfied with our stay.

It was the perfect house for a birthday weekend at the beach for my fiancé. The house is beautiful and spacious with an ideal location – steps away from Rehoboth Ave and the beach. It comfortable slept 6 couples and each bedroom had a bathroom which was greatly appreciated. David was incredibly easy to work with and the perfect host.

We hold a little retreat for family and friends every year. House was perfect for us. Every room had it's own bathroom so couples have their privacy. Easy walking distance to restaurants and beach. Open areas were great for gather together. Parking was a bit tight.

We had a great week, spacious house and well located for both beach (can walk) and the main drag of Rehoboth. Comfortable space, great kitchen to cook for large groups. We were 13 people in total (5 kids) and the house worked very well for us.

Overall, great place for large families! Plenty of space for everyone to relax. We are a cooking family so worried a bit on kitchen tools but was pleasantly surprised to see everything we needed was already available. My only minus, you have to bring everything or rent. Towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Not a show stopper but a pain for those traveling by air. Will be back next year!

Our stay at the house was fantastic! The location couldn’t be better - a couple blocks from the beach and close to the shops and restaurants downtown. The listing was spot on; everything was as described. Clean house, comfortable spacious rooms, plenty of bathrooms-perfect for our large extended family! David was a great host!

Great location, having a bathroom for each bedroom and 2 washers and dryers a real plus. Large dining table great for big family meals. Kitchen equipped for any type of meal we wanted to prepare. Two dishwashers. Two refrigerators was nice although neither one had filtered water dispenser. (Would have been nice if things like toilet paper, hand soaps, and kitchen and bath towels would have been provided) Overall, our family had a nice stay.

The house was gorgeous, plenty of room, and a great location. We could easily walk to the beach or the main strip. I highly recommend this place for a large group!

House was great and had plenty of room for us, our 3 kids and their families. We hung out on the front porch a lot - kitchen was well appointed with all the tools we needed to cook for the clan. Nobody had to wait for a bathroom and plenty of places for kids naps and adults. Easy walking to the boardwalk and around town. Only downside was that the gas grill was poorly maintained and basically not functional. Oven worked fine for our BBQ as a plan B.
